The Ministry of Education of the People’s Republic of China released on April 18,2018,with the "education informatization 2.0 action plan" as the theme of the relevant documents,files to China information education from digital and network technology as the core upgrade to more intelligent big data as the core,through the construction of "Internet + education platform" as the main path,improve information efficiency and cultivate students’ ability to use information technology for the gripper,effectively improve education system information utilization and innovation ideas initiative,finally realize China informatization education level quality.In the process of plan implementation,the overall optimization and innovation of teaching mode,learning evaluation,teaching decision and teaching quality are emphasized.This paper takes the Youjiao Intelligent Education Cloud Platform as an example,and combines the construction and application of the cloud platform with the theory of education big data using research methods such as literature research and comprehensive analysis.We conducted a survey and analysis of the platform’s application in the Huiji district of Zhengzhou city,analyzed the shortcomings and problems in the application of the education cloud platform,and established a resource pooling and sharing mechanism to provide rich and adaptable high-quality resources.Additionally,we improved the operation and functionality of the platform to meet the needs of multi-scenario and multi-terminal applications,strengthen top-level design,establish unified data standards,optimize data analysis models,and increase training efforts.Finally,based on the latest theoretical research,practical experience,and technological research achievements,we explore the construction and application optimization of big data service cloud platforms for primary and secondary education,forming experience that can be referenced.This study believes that educational informatization managers have gained a full understanding of the important role of informatization in the comprehensive improvement of education quality.Deep level data-driven precision teaching and learning are still in the initial stage,and the main reasons that affect the in-depth development of informatization are subjective understanding,well-equipped software and hardware foundation environment,and rich and applicable system education training.The main areas that need to be improved and enhanced in terms of platform applications are the richness and adaptability of platform resources,compatibility of software and hardware products,deep data integration,ease of functional operation,and professionalism of application training.Propose the Education Cloud Platform 135 model.Firstly,the platform developer adopts the "operation as a service" approach to coordinate the provision of platforms,applications,resources,operations,and services.Thirdly,the education regulatory department adopts the "unified planning,unified implementation,and unified promotion" three unified management methods.Fifthly,the construction method of the "platform+terminal+application+resource+service" five in one model.Through service innovation,mode innovation and management innovation,we will comprehensively improve the ability of education informatization to serve education modernization,and comprehensively promote the rapid and high-quality development of education.The research results formed have positive reference significance for the construction and application of national smart education cloud platforms.
