In recent years,with the development of society and the expansion of college enrollment scale,the employment pressure of college graduates is becoming greater and greater.In this competitive talent market,recruitment units have higher and higher requirements for recruiters.Therefore,colleges and universities must re-examine the cultivation of students majoring in physical education.For the cultivation of physical education major students in colleges and universities goal mainly is to train qualified primary and secondary school physical education teachers,training qualified physical education teachers in colleges and universities sports education practice,is the most nots allow to ignore to link the education internship is an integral part in the process of college education,is an effective way of training qualified teachers,is a comprehensive measuring and testing the ideas and talent training quality of higher education of the main means.Sports education practice mainly concentrated manner,but because the school enrollment expansion in recent years,the sharp rise in students,makes a serious shortage of practice base,scattered practice mode is in this context,and gradually appeared in colleges and universities,because of its simple operation,less restricted by,and is beneficial to students' employment,also can supplement the shortage of normal college practice base advantage,welcome by colleges and universities,students,and unit of choose and employ persons.At present,more and more colleges and universities take scattered practice as the main mode of educational practice.There are many researches on physical education practice.However,there are few researches on scattered practice in physical education major.Therefore,based on the development background of physical education major in colleges and universities in China,I use literature,questionnaire survey,interview and other scientific research methods to study scattered practice and risk aversion of physical education major,and use risk management theory as the theoretical guidance basis of this paper.This paper mainly studies the scattered internship quality risk from the following aspects.Firstly,according to the importance of educational practice and the researchstatus of educational practice at home and abroad,the research questions are put forward.Second,the dispersion of physical education specialty in their practicing stage before(intern purpose,practice,practice base,practice time management way,the intern teachers' ability training),practice,practice content,practice guidance in the implementation stage and after the internship assessment summary stage(practice summary,practice,practice grades funds)the three aspects of the present situation investigation and analysis.On the basis of comprehensive investigation and analysis,this paper puts forward the following factors concerning the risk of scattered practice quality of physical education :(1)insufficient preparation for scattered practice;(2)the scattered practice management system is not perfect;(3)the number of internship instructors is insufficient and the guidance is inefficient;(4)the evaluation of scattered practice is unreasonable,unscientific and non-standard;(5)colleges,internship schools and interns do not pay enough attention to scattered internship and give the following Suggestions according to risk factors :(1)make full preparations for scattered internship;(2)strengthen and improve the decentralized practice management system;(3)improve the selection,recruitment and training system of scattered internship guidance teachers;(4)optimize and perfect the quality assessment and evaluation system standards of decentralized practice;(5)strengthen the importance of school leaders and teachers to scattered practice.With a view to scattered practice and physical education for physical education major Some new ideas and theoretical support are provided for the cultivation of comprehensive ability of undergraduate students.
