The risk of education reform is an unavoidable and severe realistic problem in the current education reform.The risk of education reform is the premise that the current education reform must be examined.To examine the risk of education reform,it is necessary to examine the nature of its occurrence and the current reality.Education reform is essentially a journey to the future with uncertainties.Looking at educational reforms from the perspective of uncertainty,it is more likely to “go back to the matter itself” to see the true state of educational reform.Uncertainty means risk.What Baker called "risk society" is the current situation of educational reform.The risk society is a cognitive landscape of an increasingly open and uncertain future world.Education reform is a venture full of risks.It is not only related to the fate and destiny of each individual,but also to the destiny of society,the country,and even the entire human destiny community.For this reason,we must re-emphasize the risks of education reform and its avoidance problems,so that it is better for education reform.This article mainly uses the literature research method and the theoretical research method to examine the risk of education reform under the visual threshold of uncertainty.The first part is the use of theoretical research methods to rationally examine the realistic picture and concept breakthrough of uncertainty theory and risk society,and on this basis to demonstrate the rationality and legitimacy of the analysis of education issues;the second part is the theoretical penetration of reality.The problems have seen the realistic representation of the risk of education reform: the synchronic existence of diachronic risks,the mutual transmission of reform risks and the delay of space and time,the self-winding of institutional reforms in risk,the man-made nature of risks,and the incommensurability;This third section explores the reasons for the generation of education reform risks from the perspective of decision makers and implementation in the main body of education reform: the theoretical confusion experienced by policy makers,the misunderstandings that fall into the mind,and the risk of being confused in the moments of reality in a black box.The implementation process itself is full of complex uncertainties,the loss of policy implementation,misunderstandings and deviations,and the implementation of their own obedience and resistance to obstacles will make education reform a risky journey.The last part is the avoidance problem of education reform risk: starting from the evolution of things in the development of science,proceed in depth before the education reform occurred,during events and afterwards to evade risks in all directions.We should do a good job in preparing for the rainy day ahead of time,establish a sense of risk assessment from the concept,establish a risk assessment system,and establish a risk management mechanism.In the event,an efficient and smooth communication mechanism,supervision mechanism,trust mechanism,and risk monitoring mechanism are constructed.The establishment of post-risk accountability mechanisms and the principle of fairness and justice derived from ethics are responsible for establishing compensation and security mechanisms.This article starts from the uncertain visual threshold of the world and combines with Baker's risk society theory to examine the risk problem in the current education reform.As Zhang Zhiyang tests and defends the modern crisis in “Evening”,this article attempts to carry out education reforms.The premise is asked and examined,and on this basis,risk aversion is carried out in the hope that it will provide future educational reform researchers with ideological resources and practical references.
