In recent years,with the Chinese long jump athletes repeatedly in the Asian Games,world championships,the Olympic Games and other international competitions achieved excellent results,the long jump in the domestic attention and training staff is also increasing.In this paper,the author studies how to improve the take-off ability of college students' long jump athletes by studying the combination of super-long contraction exercises.The methods used in this paper include document method,experimental method,three dimensional camera analysis method and mathematical statistics method.A total of 12 college jumpers from the Capital Institute of physical Education and Beijing University of Aeronautics and Astronautics were divided into two groups: the experimental group and the control group.Then according to the training plan,after eight weeks of experiment,all the athletes' slow motion was analyzed and the speed data was compared with the distance data before and after the experiment.On the basis of previous research by experts and scholars,we analyzed and compared the original data of athletes,hoping to pass the series of experiments of super-isometric contraction combination exercises.It provides more training help and training reference for college male long jump athletes in our country,and improves take-off ability and special achievement.The experimental group was randomly divided into groups,and eight weeks of systematic standard training were conducted.The improvement range of the experimental group was generally greater than that of the control group.And The conclusions are as follows:(1)For male long jumpers who are in the learning stage of college students and have level 2 sports or above,they can improve their sports performance to varying degrees after systematic training.(2)There are many problems in the 12 male long jump athletes,such as the large difference between the movement speed of the center of gravity of the athletes and the horizontal movement speed of the center of gravity of the athletes,and the obvious fluctuation of the center of gravity.(3)After 8 weeks of training for 12 male long jumpers,the performance of the experimental group increased significantly.No injuries occurred.The athletes in the control group showed no significant increase in performance after8 weeks of training.The super-long contraction combined training can effectively reduce the fluctuation range of the body center of gravity during the run-up andimprove the stability of the body center of gravity during the run-up.(4)The training effect of 12 male long jump athletes in colleges and universities was obviously better than that of the control group after the super-length contraction combined exercise,which was mainly reflected in the following aspects: the athletes in the experimental group improved their two-step speed performance after the run-up stage,and the speed drop before the upper plate was alleviated.(5)The athletes in the experimental group not only improved their performance in special sports but also improved their absolute speed more than those in the control group after the super-long contraction combined exercise,which proved that the super-long contraction combined exercise could also improve the absolute speed and performance of athletes.
