Case Work Intervention To Alleviate Mental Anxiety Of Senior High School Students

With the development of modern society increasingly fierce competition,high school students facing the pressure and problems in all aspects of life,growth,learning,high school students in the college entrance examination as the main way of entrance selection,every student will have the study pressure,because most of the students learning tasks,it is difficult to alleviate the pressure on the school,there will be no anorexia,ANN,insomnia and so on,prone to anxiety and other symptoms,thus affecting the students'learning motivation and learning achievement.In general,the formation of the psychological anxiety of senior students in high school,is caused by a variety of factors,the social and family(parents),school(students and teachers)and students themselves in all aspects,because high school student or a teenager,also can not be rational and mature to deal with emotional problems,personality and character in the shaping stage and confusion,prone to emotional distress,affect the physical and mental health.At present,some studies have found that excessive anxiety can bring psychological pressure and anxiety to teenagers.and then affect their physical and mental health.It is imperative to further study the problem of test anxiety,to enhance students'self adjustment ability and adaptability,and to promote their healthy development.It is an important task for the senior middle school students to guide the senior middle school students to relieve their anxiety with a good attitude and excellent way.The whole task is the school,the family and the society as a whole.With the continuous development of social work,the three social work methods,such as case work,group work and community work,ha've been put into practice and developed,and some achievements have been achieved.Among them,the social work method of case work is very important,the anxiety of senior high school students and involved in the research,the problem of high school students anxiety relief,has very important practical value and practical effect.The subject of this study is divided into five parts:the first part is the introduction,the main content is to introduce the research background of senior high school students anxiety problems and put forward to the problem,combined with the current literature materials,the factors of anxiety,the formation of students'anxiety to students the impact of the problem of.The second part is the research design,mainly elaborates the research goal,the significance,the mentality and the method.The third chapter is the anxiety analysis of senior high school students,mainly for the A County high school questionnaire survey,and data analysis.The fourth chapter is a case study of social work intervention to alleviate the mental anxiety problems of senior high school students.The fifth chapter is the evaluation and reflection of the case.Finally,a summary of the whole study is given.
