Casework Involves Practical Research On Social Anxiety Among High School Students

In recent years,more and more attention has been paid to mental health problems.Social anxiety,as one of the most important mental health problems,has also begun to attract people's attention.Research shows that high school students are the high-risk group of social anxiety.If social anxiety can not be intervened and treated in time,it will affect the mental health and social adaptation of high school students.The value concept of social work helping people to help themselves and professional working methods are conducive to alleviating the social anxiety of senior high school students.The author selected high school students suffering from social anxiety in the school of practice,and carried out seven case interventions.During the seven interventions,the social anxiety was alleviated by professional methods such as systematic desensitization,psychological education and cognitive remodeling.The results show that case intervention guided by cognitive behavior theory and social support theory has certain effect on alleviating social anxiety,enhancing self-confidence and improving social skills of senior high school students.Finally,the application of case work in senior high school students' social anxiety is specially reviewed.According to the study,the relevant suggestions on coping with senior high school students' social anxiety are summarized from peer groups,families and schools.The main conclusions are as follows: Firstly,the social anxiety of the clients has improved and they begin to face the social challenges with a positive attitude.Secondly,case work is effective in intervening high school students' social anxiety,but whether the short-term relief really changes the cognitive concept of the service object needs further exploration.Thirdly,the construction of support networks for high school students' schools,families and peer groups is conducive to the intervention of high school students' social anxiety.
