The importance of diet is self-evident as the foundation of maintaining human survival,but the "food and education" training system and curriculum construction closely related to children are not familiar in China,which makes many children miss the perfect period of cultivating complete food and education concepts in the preschool stage.Especially with the development of urban society,the alienation of children from the original ecological field leads to a significant decline in their food cognition level,which is prominently reflected in their ignorance of the source of food and their unusually weak seasonal awareness of food,let alone the original form before food production.There are also health risks associated with poor diet and poor eating behaviour and habits.Food education,as an educational activity carried out on children with food as the carrier,has educational value that cannot be ignored in deepening children's cognition of food,reasonably adjusting the dietary structure,cultivating good dietary habits and understanding the cultural connotation contained in the diet.Is 3-6 years old children develop good diet ideas and diet behavior of the best time,but through practical investigation and theoretical reflection,found that the current kindergarten education business in its infancy,theoretical construction and practical operation have many deficiencies,such as how should we eat),how to apply food education status of a day in the life,how to use food)promote the development of young children,these are all we need to further study the problem.Action research method,this research adopts the integrated use of method of observation,interviews and data analysis and other research methods,based on the chengdu a kindergarten student in 37 children activities related to food education implementation before dinner and launched nearly four months before a meal food education teaching course,delve into food education for young children's dominant effect,and through the practice effect of rendering tries to implement before eating food of teaching Suggestions and guidance of teachers to provide feasible strategies.This paper consists of five parts.The first part starts from the importance of "food education" to children,clarifies the core concepts and clarifies relevant literature research;The second part is the research design,proposes the purpose and significance of this research,introduces the research method and research process;The third part analyzes the problems existing in pre-meal activities,and carries out the action research to explore and analyze the pre-meal feeding activities.The fourth part analyzes the research results;The fifth part puts forward conclusions and Suggestions.It is found that teachers' awareness of food education directly determines the organization and implementation of food education activities before meals.The practical scheme of this study can make front-line teachers learn from the value of learning before meals.Preprandial activities can be preconceived activities.It is suggested that kindergartens should improve teachers' food education awareness and strengthen teacher training.Pay attention to food education activities before meals home together.
