Middle school students nowadays are those who were born after the year 2000,and they are living in such a society with multidimensional development and information-intensive network.The unique environment not only offers them a broad stage but also widens their sight.Middle school students at present are confident in their future and the majority of them are positive.However,the complex society,the proliferation of online games,newly emerged ideas and technologies have been affecting their thoughts silently.Flowers are getting attractive eyes.Facing temptation,middle school students have more or less negative thoughts.The strength and riches of a country depend on its youth.Middle school students are the hope of our country,therefore the ideological and political education on middle school students must be paid more attention to and must be strengthened because it is closely connected with the development of our country.Under the circumstances of New Era,how to construct the Great Thought Model is a great task.It has become an important project for the ideological and political educators to achieve All personnel education,Full education and Overall education by integrating ideological and political education into the teaching of various disciplines.This paper integrates English teaching and ideological and political education to make a study on course education.This paper consists of four parts.The first part is a summary of the research content of the text.It defines the background and significance of the research,illustrates the status of research at home and abroad and proposes research methods by reviewing literature;The second part summarizes the present situation of ideological and political education in middle school students and analyzes the existing problems in the current middle school students' political education through making surveys;The third part studies the integration methods of course education and ideological and political education on middle school students from the aspects of the background,the present situation and the feasibility;The fourth part studies the principles and methods of course education.Integrating English teaching,this part also studies the exploration and practice on course education.This paper,drawing on the research findings of other educators,studies the exploration and practice on course education.
