As a universal form of modern citizens participating in public life,current political commentary is an important manifestation of civic awareness and civic literacy.Attaching importance to the cultivation of students' ability to comment on current politics is of great significance to shaping qualified modern citizens in the future and promoting the construction of socialist democratic politics.The high school ideological and political class aims to improve the core qualities of students' ideological and political subjects,and enhance their social understanding and participation.The ability to comment on current politics is closely related to the core literacy of ideological and political subjects: on the one hand,the core literacy of ideological and political subjects is the basis of the ability to comment on current politics;on the other hand,the ability to comment on current politics is the specific content and external representation of the core literacy of ideological and political subjects.However,in reality,teachers haven't attach great importance to the students' ability to comment on current affairs and the students' ability to comment on current affairs has not met expectations.In theory research,the ability to comment on current affairs has not been paid enough attention,too.The current relevant research mainly focuses on the practical exploration of front-line teachers on current political commentary activities,lacking theoretical analysis of current political commentary ability,reflection on current situation investigation,how to adjust and innovate current political commentary activities under the guidance of new curriculum standards,and how to effectively improve the ability of current political commentary.Therefore,according to the requirements of the 2017 version of the curriculum standards,the current problems of the ideological and political class,this research focuses on the connotation,elements and cultivation of current political commentary ability.First,based on the review of the research results related to the current political commentary ability and its training strategies,the student's current political commentary ability of the ideological and political class is defined as the students' successful completion of an independent analysis of the current and influential public news events at home and abroad,and use theory or life logic to fully demonstrate and smoothly express,including the four processes of obtaining and describing current political information,mobilizing and using subject content,analyzing and interpretingpublic events,proposing and demonstrating self-opinion.Secondly,through random sampling surveys,teacher interviews and classroom observations during the internships from two schools in N,it was found that some students lacked discriminating ability on current affairs information;students generally lacked awareness of analyzing current affairs by using theory;most students had difficulty in looking at current affairs dialectically and historically;many students lacked the sense of argumentation and inquiry.After investigating the views of teachers and students and analyzing the reasons,it can be attributed to the poor understanding of the importance of current political commentary;the traditional teaching of current politics is aimed at passing the exams;the teacher 's summary guidance on the commenting method is not enough.Finally,based on the comprehensive survey results and theoretical research,training strategies are proposed respectively from the four aspects of the constituent elements,including strengthening situational teaching to guide the extraction and integration of political information;designing controversial topics to provide comment opportunities;encouraging discussion of topics to create comment atmosphere;carrying out “News 1+1” activity and learning to use subject terms to explain hot public events;launching a current affairs salon to improve the ability to analyze public events through mutual inspiration and reference;developing a current affairs forum to cultivate the ability to express independent opinions of current reviews;strengthening thematic guidance and improving the ability to grasp the right direction of current commentary,etc.The purpose is to provide a reference for the actual implementation of current political commentary ability training.
