In the 2017 revision of the General high school chemistry curriculum standard,the new curriculum reform put forward the Key Competencies concept throughout the beginning and end.The concept of chemical Key Competencies is the key to the implementation of quality education,which affects the trend of cultivating the talents needed by our society in recent years,and it is the new challenge that frontline teachers face in education and teaching.According to the Key Competencies concept,the learning situation and knowledge content of Chemistry curriculum standard students in general high School,the two sections of "the protagonist of inorganic non-metallic materials-silicon" and "the nature and use of sulfur dioxide" in the knowledge of Non-metals and their compounds are selected to carry out the teaching design under the concept of chemical core accomplishment.The teaching design is continuously polished and used in the classroom teaching of two classes in Yi Ning,W high school.At the same time,the experimental class and control class results of the pre-test,post-test,the data collected and analyzed,found that the use of the chemical Key Competencies concept of teaching design classes,in this section after the completion of knowledge in the unit testing results slightly higher than the use of traditional teaching concepts of teaching design class.In addition,the teacher in the interview said that the use of Key Competencies under the concept of teaching design class classroom atmosphere is active,students proactive,able to explore the problem independently,to train students in all aspects of the ability has a more obvious role.Thus,the combination of chemical Key Competencies and teaching design can effectively train students Key Competencies.One of the effective ways to prove the cultivation of student Key Competencies is to carry out targeted teaching design and development.Through this study,the effective strategy of cultivating students ' Key Competencies' is sorted as follows.(1)Teaching design.First,seize the core knowledge to help students construct the knowledge system;second,integrate resources to combine chemical learning with the real situation;third,pay attention to the combination of macroscopic and microscopic;and IV,develop interesting experiments,as much as possible to allow students to explore independently.(2)On the teacher side.First of all,teachers should accept and learn the connotation of chemical Key Competencies and understand its importance,so as to grasp the training direction of chemical Key Competencies.Secondly,teachers need to constantly expand their knowledge and enhance their professional literacy.In the teaching method of innovation,bold practice,improve the level of teaching.
