| In the context of comprehensive rule of law,the Party and the state attach great importance of the rule of law education for young people.In the report of the 19 th National Congress of the Communist Party of China,it was proposed to integrate rule of law education into all stages of school education;The Outline of Youth Rule of Law Education issued by the Ministry of Education points out that the curriculum of rule of law knowledge should be set up in primary and secondary schools.On this premise,the teaching material of "Ideological and Moral Character" in China was directly renamed as "Morality and the Rule of Law",which also marked the establishment of a new content system of rule of law education and actively responded to the requirements of the Party and the country to cultivate socialist citizens under the rule of law.Therefore,"Morality and Rule of Law" has become the core course to cultivate the rule of law awareness,concept and belief of primary and secondary school students.The rule of law education in the moral and rule of law course in junior high school is conducive to junior high school students’ learning,respecting and abiding by the law,and becoming qualified citizens;It is conducive to alleviating social contradictions and building a harmonious society;It is conducive to strengthening junior high school students’ concept of rule of law and implementing the goal of comprehensively governing the country according to law.This paper carefully combs the relevant research on rule of law education in the academic circle,and analyzes the characteristics and significance of rule of law education in the junior high school "Morality and Rule of Law" class,and analyzes the current problems and causes through questionnaire survey,and finally proposes solutions from different dimensions such as teachers,students and schools.This paper is mainly divided into four chapters:Chapter Ⅰ: Introduction to the content of rule of law education in the moral and rule of law course of junior high school.This part first elaborated the connotation of "rule of law","rule of law education","rule of law education in junior high school" morality and rule of law "lesson";Then,from the perspective of the integration of college,middle school and primary school,it analyzes the characteristics of the rule of law education in the course of "Morality and Rule of Law" in junior high school,that is,the level of educational objectives,the plasticity of educational objects,and the practicality of educational content;Finally,it expounds the significance of rule of law education to junior high school students,society and the country.Chapter Ⅱ: Investigation and analysis of the current situation of the rule of law education in the moral and rule of law course of junior high school.Based on the questionnaire survey of teachers and students in Santai County,Mianyang City,this part analyzes the achievements of the rule of law education in the moral and rule of law course of junior high school at present,but at the same time,the rule of law education focuses on knowledge objectives and has a single evaluation method;Old teaching methods;The phenomenon of teaching "textbooks" is serious,lacking relevant extension;Some students are not active in learning the rule of law and lack of recognition of the rule of law.Chapter Ⅲ: According to the results of the questionnaire and the problems in the course of "Morality and Rule of Law" in junior high school,it analyzes the reasons behind the problems from the aspects of teachers,students,social environment,etc.,mainly the target pressure under the background of education;Some teachers have outdated teaching concepts and inadequate legal literacy;Students are not interested in them in class;And it also has the negative influence on the social environment.Chapter Ⅳ: Countermeasures to improve the effectiveness of rule of law education in junior high school’s "Morality and Rule of Law" course.First,teachers need to continuously promote the change of teaching philosophy,integrate learning,training,teaching research and other resources,and constantly improve their legal literacy;Second,teachers should carefully study the teaching materials,clarify the content of the teaching materials,and improve the effect of rule of law education by properly handling the content of rule of law education in the teaching materials;Third,teachers should improve their language,teaching methods and evaluation methods,pay attention to the all-round development of students,and enhance their interest in learning the rule of law through various ways;Fourth,from the perspective of the school,the paper puts forward ways for the school to help the rule of law education. |
