Rule is an important guarantee for maintaining social order,promoting social harmonious development and building a socialist society ruled by law.It is the sum of a series of codes of conduct that individuals must abide by in the process of social life,work and study.Junior high school is a critical period for students' physical and mental development,and also an important period for students to develop their awareness of rules.To strengthen the rule education of junior high school students is not only the requirement of realizing the general goal of comprehensively governing the country according to law and training qualified citizens who abide by the law for the future development of the country,but also the important embodiment of implementing the fundamental goal of moral education and promoting the comprehensive development of students.The junior high school "morality and rule of law" textbook compiled by the Ministry of education contains rich content of rule education.Compared with other disciplines,it has unique educational advantages.Therefore,educators should take the textbook as the starting point,and base on the junior high school moral and rule of law course teaching,so as to promote junior high school students to internalize the content of rules,externalize in practice,develop the awareness of rules and form the code of conduct.From 2016 to 2018,junior high school morality and the rule of law textbook compiled by the Ministry of education was successively used in middle schools.The content of rule of law education was added in the textbook.Rule of law education is an important part of rule education,and this part of knowledge is more obscure and difficult to understand.For junior high school students,due to the limitations of their own understanding and development,it is difficult to deeply understand the more abstract content of rule of law,But they can better understand and feel all kinds of rules in life.Therefore,through the excavation of rules education content in junior high school "morality and rule of law" textbook,we can strengthen junior high school students' rule education,which is conducive to improving the effectiveness of junior high school students' implementation of rule of law education.It is very important to strengthen the rule education in the course of "morality and rule of law" in junior middle school,whether from the perspective of subject education function or the stage characteristics of junior middle school students.The progress and development of the times need to strengthen the rule education of junior middle school students,which is not only the new requirement of social development for talent training,but also the embodiment of the basic goal of moral education and the practical needs of promoting the comprehensive development of junior middle school students,which is conducive to realizing the social value of junior middle school students and laying the foundation of rule consciousness for junior middle school students to enter the society in the future;Strengthening the rule education of junior high school students is also an important guarantee to promote the healthy growth of junior high school students,to give play to the nature of rules that can be taught,taught and supported,and to promote the realization of junior high school students' individual value.Using the method of text analysis,this paper summarizes the content distribution,theme,main characteristics,current situation analysis and main objectives of rule education in the textbook of morality and rule of law for junior middle school compiled by the Ministry of education.According to the implementation requirements of rule education and the content of the textbook,this paper puts forward some suggestions on the implementation of rule education for junior middle school students in the course of morality and rule of law.In the specific teaching,teachers should not only implement rule education based on the content of teaching materials,but also carry out teaching according to the curriculum standards and students' learning situation,so as to link the teaching content with students' existing experience level,so as to enhance students' Internalization of rule content.Teachers should learn to use network media to change the teaching methods of rule education;Based on the content of teaching materials and students' life,we should enrich students' practical activities to promote students' Internalization of rules;The school,society and family should be coordinated to create a good educational environment and cultivate students' good regular behavior.It can not only play the main role of school education,but also coordinate the important educational role of family and society,so as to cultivate and bring up the new generation to meet the needs of the development of the times.
