In recent years,tennis has been more and more popular because of its elegant characteristics.Tennis is recognized as the second largest ball sport in the world and one of the four elite sports.Playing tennis can improve children's attention,willpower,physical coordination and intellectual development.Research purposes: Through 10 weeks of tennis teaching for children aged 5-6 years,measure the tennis learning interest,tennis skill level and physical fitness score of children aged 5-6 years before and after teaching,compare the changes and explore the application of sports games to 5 Whether the tennis teaching of children aged-6 is practical,and summarizing the principles of sports games and applications suitable for children aged 5-6.Research subjects: 30 children aged 5-6 years in two natural classes in the third kindergarten of Dongcheng District Health Bureau were selected as the research objects.The experimental group added sports games during the teaching process,and the control group did not join the sports games during the teaching process.Experimental method: mainly using the experimental method,the experimental group and the control group were respectively taught for 10 consecutive weeks of tennis,and the test experiment of "Children's Tennis Learning Interest Evaluation Questionnaire" based on the "Sports Learning Interest Level Evaluation Scale" compiled by Professor Wang Xiaozan was used.Before and after the level of interest,determine the tennis skills before and after the tennis teaching of children aged 5-6: tennis self-selling,tennis one by one,holding the ball,holding a shot and throwing one,physical fitness: standing long jump,ten meters Turn back,run the tennis ball,and walk the balance beam.The results show that:(1)In terms of tennis interest,after the experiment,the children in the two classes were actively interested in tennis learning,and the scores of tennis participation were significantly different(P<0.01).Negative interest in tennis,tennis attention There were also significant differences(P < 0.05).(2)In terms of tennis skills,after the experiment,the children in the experimental class were thrown at the tennis ball,the tennis ball was thrown one by one,the ball was shot,and the scores of the four shots were significantly higher than those of the control class.(3)In terms of physical fitness,the scores of tennis throwing(upper limb strength)of the experimental and control classes were 6.14±0.84 5.31±1.12,and the results of the 10-meter turnback(sensitive)were 6.03±0.37 6.61±0.38 respectively.The performance of children in the class was significantly higher than that in the control class.The statistical test showed that there was a significant difference between the two groups(P<0.01).After the experiment,the children in the experimental class scored higher than the control group in the standing long jump(lower limb strength)and walking balance beam(balance coordination),but the difference did not reach a very significant level(P>0.01).Research conclusions(1)Integrating sports games into children's tennis teaching for children aged 5-6 can significantly improve the tennis attention and tennis participation of children aged 5-6,and stimulate students' interest in learning tennis,so that students can actively pay attention to tennis-related knowledge.Participate in tennis learning.Integrating sports games into tennis teaching can increase the interest of children aged 5-6 in learning tennis.(2)The integration of sports games in the tennis teaching of children aged 5-6 can significantly improve the physical fitness of children aged 5-6 and the basic technical level of tennis,so that children aged 5-6 can actively participate in tennis learning.
