Race walking technology occupies a top priority in race walking events,directly affecting and restricting the game.After the walking rules were changed in 1996 to 2008,the number of times Chinese athletes were fined in world competitions increased.Later,with the improvement of race walking technology,a number of excellent race walkers such as Wang Zhen and Chen Ding have gradually emerged in China to obtain excellent results in world competitions.While obtaining good results,there are also certain hidden dangers in technology.From the low-speed to high-speed changes in athletes,the technical characteristics can be analyzed to analyze the advantages and disadvantages of athletes in terms of technology.In order to improve the technical problems and shortcomings of Chinese walking athletes,this paper uses literature data,mathematical statistics,and measurement methods to study the relevant technical elements of Chinese excellent male 20 km walking athletes at different speeds,and draws the following conclusions through specific analysis :1.At low speeds,Chinese athletes 'left and right single-step steps are not much different from their stride frequency;upper limb swings are left and right unbalanced;torso forward and flight time are well controlled and within a reasonable technical range;and Chinese athletes' landing angles are relatively stable at low speeds However,the rear support time is short,the rear pedal angle is small,and the rear pedal distance is small.There is insufficient rear pedaling;the angle between the two thighs of the Chinese athletes is small,the hip joint flexibility is poor,and the swinging legs of the lower limbs are tight.2.At high speeds,Chinese athletes have poor stability in step length and stride frequency,and short step lengths;there is an imbalance in upper limb swing throwing,the athlete 's torso is more forward,the up and down fluctuations are increased,and the flight time is within the fuzzy penalty time limit.The risk of being penalized;the small landing angle is not conducive to the effect of the next step;the lack of back pedaling of Chinese athletes results in a poor back pedaling effect,which has a certain impact on the step length;the angle of the knee joint where the thighs overlap is within a reasonable range In addition,there is the phenomenon of post-flick.3.In the process of the first six athletes in China changing from low speed to high speed,the change in step length is more obvious,and the increase in stride frequency is not large;during the low speed to high speed walking,the flight distance increases significantly,the flight time increases and the left and right are uneven The torso of the athlete's torso changes greatly,exceeding the reasonable range of 3 °;during acceleration,the athlete's rear kick angle,rear support time,and knee joint angle of the two thighs are reduced to varying degrees,the technical performance is unstable,and there is swing The risk of licking behind the legs.
