Table tennis is a very popular sport for junior middle school students.In the process of teaching,traditional teaching methods are the main ones.After 1980s,imagery training became a widely used psychological training method in sports practice.A large number of studies show that imagery training can speed up the mastery of motor skills and promote the improvement of sports skills.However,the research on the application of imagery training to junior high school table tennis technology teaching is limited.Most studies focus on the training of professional table tennis teams and teaching in secondary and technical schools.Therefore,it is necessary to apply imagery training to the teaching of table tennis skills in junior middle schools,improve the efficiency of table tennis skills and improve the level of table tennis skills.Using the research methods of literature,experiment and so on,in-depth grasp the concept,representation training theory,the influence factors and the specific mode of operation,through the comparative analysis of the indicators before and after the experimental subjects,to explore the imagery training on the students’ table tennis technology,table tennis table tennis teaching learning interest,etc.the role of.Conclusion:technology moves on the forehand flat serve,backhand block is relatively simple,the number of students in the two group of the final test are the same,but in the technical assessment,the experimental group average backhand block is 94.36,the control group was 93.07,and there was a significant difference(P>0.05),quoted imagery training after the method is more conducive to students to master the technical movements and rules;both the quantity and the technical assessment,reference representation training in technical movements is relatively complex forehand backspin,forehand,backhand chop,forehand teaching,the performance of the experimental group were superior to the control group,and there were significant differences(P>0.05),illustrate the use of imagery training method and traditional teaching method combined with better results obtained in complex technical actionteaching;from the student’s behavior,in the complex of technical teaching.According to groups of students than the students in the experimental group are more prone to anxiety,that the imagery training can alleviate the tense mood of the students,more students are easy to smoothly finish the action;the experimental group there are 40%students on teaching said very satisfied,while the control group only 28.13%of the students in the teaching methods are very satisfied compared in the traditional teaching method,the teaching method of imagery training combined with traditional teaching is more suitable for table tennis classroom teaching in junior middle school;After the experiment,the average scores of six dimensions of negative interest in physical learning,positive interest in physical learning,sports participation,autonomy and inquiry learning,attention to sports and awareness of physical education are higher than those of the control group,and there are significant differences.It shows that in the junior high school stage,compared with the traditional teaching method,table tennis teaching can help students develop interest in table tennis learning.Suggestion:In table tennis teaching to the use of imagery training method for flexible,different technical action,reasonable arrangement of time and frequency of imagery training,to attack the ball on the forehand,appropriate to increase the number of imagery training forehand backhand chop,complex technical action teaching;in the future,can be specific to a particular action a movement,through the comparative analysis of the same project has different moving the imagery training effect after comparison of imagery training is more suitable for what action,in order to have the time and the number of specific arrangements for representation exercise;in order to enhance the students’ ability to control anxiety,the imagery training,can make the students have tension,anxiety in the context of easy training,the use of imagery training method so that students in any circumstances can skilled;of imagery training In the process,should strictly control the practice time,both to ensure the students fully into the representation,but also to prevent fatigue due to long time,effects of imagery training effect;in order to fully arouse the students’ interest in learning table tennis,imagery training,students need more like their successful completion of the action of the picture,in order to ensure positive the strengthening effect,enhance self-efficacy.
