A Case Study Of Teenagers In Community Correction Under Narrative Therapy Model

With the increasing development of the country ’ s economy,the rapid social transformation and the increasingly complex social relations,the growth environment of teenagers has undergone tremendous changes in a short period of time.Teenagers are in a period of extremely unstable physiological and psychological conditions.They face this kind of drastic social transformation.If they can’t adapt and respond well,they are very likely to trigger social deviant behavior and even embark on the road of illegal crimes.At this point,the timely involvement of social workers is particularly important.Practice has proved that individualized and professional service models provided by individual case work can effectively meet the development needs of adolescent variability and complexity.This study is based on Xiao Fei(a pseudonym),a community correction youngster who is connected to the " Help Life" education program.The purpose of the study is to present the connotation and history of community corrections in the process of casework intervention,to explore and analyze the role of service strategies for narrative therapy models in deconstructing community corrections for adolescent life stories,and to influence community corrections in narrative treatment strategies.Adolescents have changed factors.This research is guided by the narrative therapy model,which focuses on self-deconstruction and reconstruction of research subjects and is of great significance in demonstrating the life experience of community corrections for young people.Researchers adopt qualitative research thinking,apply the narrative therapy model in the framework of narrative therapies,and deeply implement one-on-one "tailor-made" service programs to provide meticulous professional services for young people in community corrections.In this study,the narrative treatment of externalized strategies,deconstruction strategies and rewrite strategies affect the subject’s life narrative.In the process of casework intervention,changes in the relationship between Xiaofei and the family can be found.From the resentment of mothers to their separation from their families,they can gradually change to be able to take actions to actively approach family members and make family relationships more intimate;On the issue of important others’revelation,the object of study changed from discussing conflict with others on the topic of death to treating grandmother’ s death as a turning point in their own growth.They are willing to take on the roles of members of their families;for the future planning and development,the research object Can draw a clear and concrete blueprint for action and find exits for their own lives.Therefore,during the case service process,Xiaofei,a research object,has a significant positive transformation in the face of issues concerning death,loss,parent-child relations,and career planning.This shows that the case work guided by the narrative therapy model helps the community.Correcting teen help services.Based on this research,the researchers tried to put forward the important idea that the case work involved in the case of narrative therapy intervention in the community to correct young people:First,create positive and hope,draw a clear and concrete blueprint for action;Second,community corrections young people have built a life The initiative of experience focuses on exploring its inherent strength and unique life experience.The third is to inspire different meanings through each other’s life stories,enrich each other’s life experiences,and help others to help themselves.
