With the development of the information age of vocational education and the joint promotion of the Internet and education,technology plays an important role in the teaching process.It has become an important teaching tool in the process of teaching practice.At the same time,it puts forward higher requirements for teachers to master information technology and promote the integration of teaching technology and discipline.The development of secondary vocational education plays an important role in the national talent training program.Teachers' teaching skills directly affect the effect of teachers' teaching and the quality of students' training.Tour Guide Business is the main course to train the professional skills of students majoring in Tour Guide Service.Therefore,it is of great significance to study the development of teaching skills of teachers in Tour Guide Business in Vocational schools.Based on Shulman PCK,in 2005,American scholars Koehler and Mishra proposed TPACK(Technological Pedagogical Content Knowledge),which includes seven knowledge dimensions: CK,TK,PK,TPK,PCK,TCK and TPACK.These dimensions are subject content knowledge,technical knowledge and pedagogical knowledge respectively.Knowledge of teaching methods,subject teaching,subject content of integrated technology and subject teaching of integrated technology.TPACK competence is the ability of teachers to improve teaching skills in the future,which requires teachers to have the ability to integrate subject content,teaching methods and technology.This paper investigates the current situation of secondary vocational schools,finds out the problems of teachers' teaching skills,and finally puts forward the development countermeasures to improve the TPACK level of teachers in "Tour Guide Business" of secondary vocational schools.In this paper,two research methods,questionnaire survey and interview,are used to investigate the teachers and students who teach this course in a secondary vocational school.The teachers who conduct the survey are interviewed.The results collected by the questionnaire are processed and analyzed by SPSS22.0 and Excel,and the contents of the interviews are sorted out and analyzed.On the basis of investigation and research,five improvement strategies are put forward.Specifically for the creation of information environment,update teachers' teaching cognitive concepts;build a two-way cooperation mechanism to strengthen teachers' practical teaching ability;strengthen information technology training,expand teachers' ability to use technology in teaching;build a high-quality teaching resource bank to cultivate students' information technology literacy;and take TPACK as the guidance to enhance teachers' teaching integration ability.Due to the limitations of research time,research level,data and data collection,there are still many shortcomings in this paper.However,I hope that the relevant research in this paper can promote the teaching skills of teachers of "Tour Guide Business" in Vocational schools.
