| With the promulgation of the implementation plan of the national vocational education reform,the reform and innovation of vocational education is urgent.Vocational education,with the orientation of promoting employment and meeting the needs of industrial development,has made due contributions to promoting the development of local economy and providing talents for the local market.However,with the upgrading of the market,higher requirements have been put forward for the quality of personnel training in vocational education.The core work to improve the quality of personnel training in vocational education is curriculum teaching,which is discussed by experts and condensed for many years and can reflect the expectations and requirements of the country and society for the quality of various talents.Teaching is the main way for students to acquire knowledge,improve their ability and achieve all-round development.Although the current learning forms and learning paths have tended to be diversified,curriculum teaching is still the basic way and the most effective way to cultivate talents.The quality of curriculum teaching determines whether students can acquire a systematic knowledge structure,improve their-learning ability and acquire a good comprehensive quality.However,through the observation and research on the current teaching of tourism management major in secondary vocational schools,it is found that the teaching mode of the course is monotonous,and the traditional teaching method runs through the teaching of every course,even including the professional courses with strong practicality,and the evaluation method of all courses is monotonous.In addition,the lack of well-designed classroom teaching activities leads to students’lack of enthusiasm for learning in the classroom and inadequate skills training for students.In order to change the current teaching status of tourism management major in secondary vocational schools,it is found that the introduction of PBL teaching model into the current professional course teaching can make up for the shortcomings of traditional teaching.Based on the constructivism theory,cooperative learning theory and learning theory,under the guidance of the integrated use of literature analysis action method questionnaire survey,the PBL teaching mode and secondary vocational curriculum on the basis of the research of tour guide business,design a set of secondary vocational tour guide business courses of the PBL teaching process,selection of rescue skills used in tourism Two PBL teaching cases were designed for two courses of communicative skills for tour guides.Two rounds of teaching practice were carried out in Class A of tourism management major in L secondary vocational school,in which Class A was taken as the research object and Class B as the reference object.The teaching practice effect was analyzed through student questionnaire and teacher interview.Then it reflects on the teaching implementation process,and improves and optimizes the application of PBL teaching method in the vocational tour guide business course from the perspective of teachers and students.The research shows that PBL teaching mode has five advantages.First,PBL teaching mode is more conducive to cultivating students’ autonomous learning ability.Second,PBL teaching mode is conducive to improving students’ ability to find and analyze problems.Third,PBL teaching mode can exercise students’ ability of communication and expression;Fourth,cultivate students’ innovative consciousness and practical ability;Fifth,PBL teaching mode is more conducive to cultivating students’ professional ability and comprehensive quality.At the same time,according to the current situation of PBL teaching,three improvement strategies are proposed.The first is to improve teachers’ PBL teaching ability.Secondly,optimize group cooperation,improve the quality of the class;Finally,we should increase the number of PBL teaching practice,summarize the rules,optimize the teaching process and continuously improve the teaching quality. |
