With thecontinuous development of the tourism industry,the tourism market for high-quality,high-level skilled,compound tourism talent demand is more and more exuberant,coupled with the current career education system is in full swing,"3+4" through training mode came into being.As a new education mode,"3+4" needs to be improved in practice.In Shandong province based on the implementation of "3+4" through cultivation of tourism management professional pilot tourism school of Qingdao as an example,through the investigation period after enter the Shandong normal university professional tourism management students of secondary phase professional training satisfaction,and analyses the current problems that exist in the stage of secondary professional training and professional development of the secondary vocational school's advantages,and puts forward improvement Suggestions for related problems,to improve the quality of secondary vocational school teaching has a positive practical significance.On the basis of in-depth analysis of relevant literature,it is found that scholars have done little research on "3+4" cultivation of tourism management major.On the theoretical level,this paper further enriches the research content of professional satisfaction and provides a new perspective for future research.This paper mainly USES analytic hierarchy process,fuzzy comprehensive evaluation and other methods to evaluate students' professional satisfaction.According to previous studies,expert Suggestions and students' actual conditions,an evaluation index system of professional satisfaction has been established,covering 3 levels of evaluation indexes,including 1 level 1 index,4 level 2 indexes and 22 level 3 indexes.At the same time,combined with the analysis of the questionnaire survey results,it is concluded that the students of "3+4" through-training tourism management major after the transition have an above medium level of satisfaction with the professional training of secondary vocational level.In addition,by counter rotating period after the "3+4" interview through cultivating professional tourism management students,summarizes the related Suggestions to further improve students' satisfaction,this article mainly from the aspects of curriculum,teaching level,teacher level,hardware level and so on four aspects,hoping to related research to provide some ideas and reference in the future.As this paper only takes the students majoring in tourism management who study in the mountain division after the transfer period as an example,the number of questionnaires is limited.Although the survey results can basically reflect the current professional training status of Qingdao tourism school,they are not universal to some extent.Therefore,this study also needs to constantly expand relevant data,enrich the number of samples and optimize the evaluation method.This paper consists of six parts: the first part is the introduction,which mainly introduces the research background,research significance,research content and method of this paper,and sorts out relevant researches at home and abroad.The second part is the definition of relevant concepts and theoretical basis.It defines relevant concepts such as "3+4" after the transition period to train students and professional satisfaction,and summarizes relevant theories such as customer satisfaction theory and total quality management theory,so as to provide theoretical basis and lay theoretical foundation for this study.The third part is the selection of evaluation index and model construction of professional satisfaction.By introducing the selection process of evaluation index,the evaluation index system of professional satisfaction is established.Then using AHP to determine the weight of each index and carry out specific analysis.The fourth part is the analysis of the professional satisfaction survey and evaluationresults.Fuzzy comprehensive evaluation is used to evaluate the professional satisfaction of "3+4" tourism managementmajor students after the transition period,and the deficiencies and advantages of secondary vocational schools' professional training obtained through interviews are summarized.The fifth part is related Suggestions for improving the professional training satisfaction at the secondary vocational school stage.Based on the in-depth analysis of the survey results of professional satisfaction,this paper puts forward some Suggestions to improve the satisfaction of professional training in secondary vocational stage.The sixth part is the conclusion and prospect.It mainly summarizes the research content of this paper,summarizes the main research results of this paper,and puts forward the prospect for the future research.
