With the development of our society,relevant policies concerning children have been continuously introduced,and education has gradually gained attention and development.As the number of children in China continues to increase and the quality continues to improve,there are still many problems in interpersonal communication.Interpersonal skills are very important for contemporary children.Poor interpersonal skills can lead to various communication dilemmas.Therefore,only improving interpersonal skills in childhood can lay a good foundation for future development.This paper is based on the X community life in Luohu District,Shenzhen,with the community summer summer camp as the platform,and the community children as the service object.Under the organization of the community first-line social workers,through the use of group work methods in social work,to improve the children's interpersonal.According to the author's observation in the X community for 6 months,some community children have inadequacies in interpersonal skills.The author conducts household surveys through interviews,and based on the survey results,preliminary understanding of the current situation of X community children's interpersonal interactions.And understand the children's need to improve interpersonal skills,based on this,the author's intervention in the group work,the overall goal is to improve children's interpersonal skills.Using the action research method,questionnaire survey method,interview method and observation method,the author uses the energy-enhancing and advantage perspective as the theoretical basis to carry out five group activities to intervene to improve the interpersonal skills of community children,clarify the goals of each group,and do A detailed assessment.Through this group activity,the author's experience of service is summarized in three aspects: the group preparation stage,the group development stage,and the group end stage.The inadequacy of the service lies in the expected difficulty in handling and the lack of professional measurement tools.In this article,the author explains the specific process of children's interpersonal communication ability with the experience of self-service,which not only achieves the expected goal,but also promotes the normal development of children's psychology and spirit to a certain extent.In the process of group work,the author carefully observes the performance of each community child,treats each child equally,fills in the activity process record form,and evaluates and reflects on each group activity.I hope this article can be comprehensive for children.Contribution to development and development of group work.
