Under the inspiration of the "Sports Powerful Country Dream",the status of sports has risen to an unprecedented height.School sports are gradually being taken seriously,and the research on after-school training content will eventually attract attention.At present,most of the primary school badminton training in the process of training has become adult,lack of systematic and scientific issues.In order to strengthen the professionalism of badminton training.This paper takes the content of badminton training in elementary school as the research object,and conducts research through literature research method,expert interview method,questionnaire survey method,mathematical statistics method and other research methods,and draws the following main conclusions:1.At present,schools in school physical education do not pay enough attention to the development of after-school training activities.Many after-school training is plagued by lack of financial input,outdated and insufficient venue setting,and lack of professional physical education teachers.Students' cognition of badminton training has some deviation.2.In terms of after-school badminton training content in primary schools,first,the selection of badminton training content in primary schools is simplified,and quality training lacks interest.Secondly,there is no long-term systematic selection and arrangement of training content,and the training efficiency of students is not high,and the training content of primary school badminton is not systematic.Third,the training content lacks the selection of the physical and mental characteristics and physical development rules of primary school students at each teaching level,and lacks pertinence.The training content is "adult".3.The selection of after-school badminton training content in primary schools should be based on different teaching levels,from simple to difficult,from single technology to complex.From understanding the origin of badminton development to understanding the rules of the game.Level one is based on basic skills,focusing on the development of interest,enhance the understanding and understanding of badminton.Level two gradually increased the content of basic techniques,foot step practice content also gradually improved,and began to add a smaller fine motion control.No matter the content of step training or the technical content at hand,the choice of the level three stages is more comprehensive and more practical.
