Tennis in campus is the foundation to promote the development of the national,it is also the primary phase of sustainable development,elementary student's speed,agility,coordination,flexibility and quality in the primary school enter the sensitive development period,during this period of training can lay a good foundation for physical development,beneficial to learn other skills in the future,in addition to this,the campus tennis school-based courses is an important way of promoting the popularization of tennis,the school team training is to provide the basis of tennis reserve talented person,so the characteristic of primary school tennis project the impact of factors on the tennis reserve talented person training,and other areas of the campus development has important significance.Beijing as China's economic,political and cultural center,has driven the tennis project development,cultivate tennis reserve talented person good foundation,tennis characteristics in this study are to Beijing three elementary school as the research object,including The affiliated primary school of Beijing agriculture,Yuxin primary school of CNU,Haidian foreign language education group(Beijing),we use the literature review method,in-depth interview,grounded theory method,questionnaire method and field investigation method,the three tennis characteristics of primary school teachers,software and hardware facilities,tennis activities carrying out situation teaching,race,culture construction,Finally,through in-depth interviews with relevant personnel in various schools,a large number of text materials were obtained,and a series of analysis concepts and techniques based on grounded theory were used to analyze the influencing factors of tennis project development in various schools,and the influencing factors model was constructed.The research conclusions of this paper aresummarized as follows:1.The factors influencing the development of tennis project in Beijing characteristic primary school can be summarized into four main categories: policy guidance,school support,student-based and parent cooperation.2.The development of the tennis project of the affiliated primary school of Beijing agriculture is mainly benefited from the guidance of advantageous policies,but the parents' tennis recognition and economic status are the main factors restricting their tennis development.3.The tennis project development of Yuxin primary school of CNU mainly benefits from the " primary school-high school" of the integration of school-running mode,develop the students through the tennis specialty "among" internal incentive system,and at the same time every year in China Open ballboy's activities to help primary school studies to establish a good tennis culture atmosphere,but elementary studies on the junior varsity team echelon construction exists a certain degree of disconnect,in order to make up for the level of vacancies,the school will association instead of small class teaching,and use it as a "springboard" into the junior school team.4.Haidian foreign language education group tennis project development is mainly thanks to the nature of the international school,in the infrastructure construction,teachers' practice,culture has a distinct advantage,but it was also because of its nature,international school coaches on the selected lack of initiative,leading to degree of student interest in tennis,own quality is uneven.
