China is still in a blank state in the field of how Pipa music is popularized in basic education,and there is no systematic way to popularize and apply it.This paper is an attempt to expound how pipa music is applied and developed in primary and secondary schools by analyzing successful cases,summing up educational teaching methods and theoretical connection practice,and the full text is divided into five chapters.The first chapter on the application and development of PIPA music in primary and secondary schools,elaborated that the existing PIPA music in primary and secondary schools mainly in the community,listening courses,the future also need to rely on the classroom,in order to develop rapidly in basic education,as well as the teaching status of Pipa music in primary and secondary schools and students,teachers,schools and other factors.The second chapter,the music form and timbre characteristics of pipa,briefly introduces the music form,timbre characteristics and the role of the two in primary and secondary education,which can not only cultivate students ' diversified aesthetics,but also arouse students ' enthusiasm for learning.The third chapter,the present situation and development of PIPA in China,expounds in detail the similarities and differences of PIPA in Liaoyuan and Taiyuan,and takes this as a successful case,analyzes the reasons for the success of the two places,and how to draw lessons from successful models to promote PIPA in primary and secondary schools reasonably.The fourth chapter,the physical and mental characteristics,development characteristics and aesthetic needs of primary and secondary school students,combined with the music curriculum standard of primary and secondary schools and the theory of children's cognitive development in Peel,briefly introduced the characteristics and aesthetic needs of children's physical and mental developmentThe fifth chapter is the operational method of the application and development of PIPA music in primary and secondary schools,which briefly introduces how Pipa music is based on primary and secondary education and how pipa music develops in primary and secondary education.
