With the rapid development of the information society and the comprehensive popularization of smart phones,small video software such as chattering sound and fast hand,as well as chat software such as WeChat and QQ are spreading rapidly on the Internet.In colleges and universities,it is becoming more common for students to keep their mobile phones and the Internet at their fingertips as their use is no longer limited to teachers and parents.As China's national ball,table tennis has been deeply loved by college students.However,due to the characteristics of strong technology and long practice cycle of table tennis,the traditional teaching method is difficult to meet the current needs of college students.As a table tennis teacher with more than ten years of experience,I have been looking for an effective way to use mobile phone network to assist table tennis teaching.When I was a graduate student,I was inspired by my tutor to think of flipped classroom.Flipped classroom,as an emerging teaching model,has been popular in China for many years,and its application is mainly in primary and secondary schools and other disciplines of colleges and universities.It is rarely seen in sports teaching,especially in table tennis teaching.Whether flipped classroom can be applied to table tennis teaching in college sports is a bold assumption.Therefore,this study will flip the classroom teaching mode and the combination of university sports table tennis teaching,and by way of experimental study to explore the classroom teaching mode in college sports table tennis teaching in colleges and universities to achieve the teaching effect of the difference with the traditional teaching mode,namely the basic technology of students' physical quality,table tennis,and the effect of learning interest and learning initiative,to turn the classroom the application and popularization of the college sports table tennis teaching in colleges and universities to provide the reference.This study first reviewed online a lot about the document of flip classroom research,insight into the concept of reverse classroom,origin,development and research status at home and abroad,secondly in xinyang four universities university sports table tennis course and teaching method of the present situation investigation,and through the form of questionnaire to understand the student demand for teaching resources,teaching methods,etc.Once again,two natural classes were selected from xinyang university as experimental subjects.The experimental class was taught in the flipped classroom teaching mode,and the control class was taught in the traditional teaching mode.The students were given a semester-long teaching experiment.Finally,the data of physical fitness and table tennis basic skills tests of experimental and control class students before and after the experiment were collected,and the data were collated,analyzed and studied.The following conclusions were drawn:First,compared with the traditional teaching mode,the introduction of flipped classroom teaching mode in college sports table tennis teaching is more conducive to the improvement of students' basic table tennis skills.Second,compared with the traditional teaching mode,the introduction of flipped classroom teaching mode in college sports table tennis teaching is more conducive to improving students' learning enthusiasm and initiative.Third,compared with the traditional teaching mode,the introduction of flipped classroom teaching mode in college sports table tennis teaching is more conducive to the improvement of students' sensitive quality.Fourthly,compared with the traditional teaching mode,the introduction of flipped classroom teaching mode in college sports table tennis teaching has no obvious difference in the impact on students' speed quality and endurance quality.
