In 2011,MOOCs were launched by Harvard?MIT?Stanford and other top universities in the world, and then shocked the entire education circle. With the introduction of MOOC into China, some well-known universities such as Tsinghua university?Peking University?Fudan university and Shanghai Jiaotong University have also joined the MOOC army, which indicates an upcoming major reform in the domestic higher education field, and its development direction is to combine with the current classroom teaching in colleges and universities to form a new teaching mode. The new teaching mode realizes the reengineering of teaching process through the flipped classroom, redefines the role of teachers and students, and reforms the current teaching assessment method, which not only plays the leading role of teachers, but also fully reflects the subject status of students.MOOC-based new teaching model has been promoted and applied in most disciplines and achieved verifiable results.Although relevant researches in the field of physical education in colleges and universities have been involved, they are still dominated by qualitative researches and few by quantitative ones. This study applies the MOOC based flipped classroom teaching model to college table tennis physical education to explore whether this teaching model has a positive impact on students' learning of theoretical knowledge, sports learning interest and sports skills in the process of college public physical education. At the same time,it analyzes the learning behaviors and habits of students in the process of online learning, excavates the characteristics of students' learning problems, learning patterns and behavior habits, and provides a reference for the reform and innovation of education. The following conclusions are drawn from the research results:1.The flipped classroom teaching model based on MOOC has a significantly better learning effect on students' table tennis theoretical knowledge than the conventional physical education teaching model.2.Through real-time collection, analysis and evaluation of students' online learning trace behavior,it is found that there are some dominant and recessive behaviors in students' learning activities such as learning progress, learning period, learning duration and learning attitude.3.The flipped classroom teaching mode based on MOOC can effectively improve students' backhand push and forehand attack skills in a short teaching period, and the teaching effect of the experimental group is obviously better than the conventional teaching effect.4.In the experimental class, students who spend more than 60 minutes on online learning are significantly superior to those who spend less than 60 minutes on online learning in terms of active interest in learning, autonomous learning, attention and exercise, with significant differences.
