Flip the classroom has its unique teaching effect spread in the global,by education circles to the pursuit,is also an important direction of education reform in our country.It is the core of "learning before teaching,teaching by learning",is the focus of the traditional classroom before the shift and process reconstruction,the main advocate for the students to cultivate students' autonomous,inquiry spirit,cooperation spirit.This not only requires students to change the concept of learning,but also it is put forward a very high request to change the teacher teaching idea.This paper is based on table tennis teaching in Xinjiang Normal University,with80 students elective table tennis elective course on Friday as the research object,teaching mode of flipping the classroom and the traditional teaching mode contrast teaching,aims to provide more feasible and reference for the university teaching.Through the experimental method,data statistics method the questionnaire method,observation method,interview method and literature method,the teaching process is divided into pre class,in class,after class three aspects,combined with the practice of serious games in class,compared with the traditional classroom,draws the following conclusion: most of the students can accept the flipped classroom teaching mode,and to actively participate in to flip the classroom in turn;classroom teaching mode to cultivate students' autonomous learning ability,ability to analyze and solve the problems of communication ability,can promote to broaden their horizons and so on,can The effective regulation of the drawbacks in the current teaching mode of University;turn classroom teaching mode can effectively prolong the students learning time,giving them more time to internalize knowledge,make learning effect and teaching efficiency is greatly improved,the speed of the lifting speed is superior to the traditional teaching skills;the integration of some serious games in classroom teaching practice turning in the model,the teaching atmosphere is more enthusiastic,students have interest in learning table tennis is greatly improved;the initial contact with the flipped classroom,students also are not suited to the situation,more want to flip the classroom mode and traditional classroom teaching mode of the combination.
