A Comparative Study On The Present Situation Of Cheerleading Industry In Fujian And Taiwan Universities

Cheerleading have been widely welcomed by college students because of the characteristics of fashion,youth and vitality.In recent years,cheerleading has shown a good development trend in colleges and universities in Fujian Province,but it is still in the primary stage of development.there is a significant gap in terms of competition level,cultural construction and industrial development compared with the universities in Taiwan.This paper takes the cheerleading industry of universities in Fujian and Taiwan as the research object,and conducts a survey on the current status of operations by using methods such as literature,investigation,comparative analysis and so on,and draws the following conclusions: under the background of national and local sports industry policy support,the cheerleading of universities in Fujian has been spread and popularized;however,due to the lack of funds and other conditions,the cheerleading industry is still in its infancy.The differences in the status quo of cheerleading industry in universities in Fujian and Taiwan are mainly reflected in:(1)The lack of “independent hematopoiesis”in the clothing and supplies industry in cheerleading schools in Fujian limits the initiative and innovation of industrial development.(2)The development level of cheerleading education and training industry in Fujian is better than that in Taiwan.The product types are more abundant,the industry has higher support and has good development potential.(3)The university cheerleading competition industry in Taiwan has a higher degree of marketization and is superior to the universities in Fujian Province in terms of economic benefits in the social market.(4)The development of the cheerleading leisure and fitness industry in colleges and universities in Fujian and Taiwan is not optimistic.According to the development status of cheerleading industry in colleges and universities in Fujian Province,this paper preliminarily analyzes the disadvantages and threats of the cheerleading industry in the colleges and universities in Fujian,such as low marketization,low utilization of resources,low social popularity,and so on.We need to seize the mutual exchange and reference of Fujian and Taiwan,as well as university curriculum reform andother industrial advantages and opportunities.Finally,by comparing the current situation of cheerleading industry in Fujian and Taiwan universities,we put forward some development strategies in Fujian : perfect the system and mechanism,and consolidate the basic guarantee of industrial development in an all-round way;strengthen publicity and popularization,actively create a good atmosphere for industrial development;deepen cooperation between Fujian and Taiwan,and enhance the core strength of industrial development.
