The group's cooperative learning has arisen in the United States in the 1970 s,because it can stimulate students' interest in learning,improve students' ability to solve problems,exercise students' ability to express and communicate,and improve the efficiency of classroom teaching.The group cooperative learning becomes one of the most popular and practical teaching strategies in the present day,and is also a kind of learning method in our country's new curriculum standard.Based on the literature research,this paper analyzes the theory of cooperative learning and the current research situation at home and abroad,and through the class listening and evaluation in our school,we know the basic model and the implementation of the cooperative learning in our school.On the basis of this,the questionnaire and the analysis of the students and the biological teachers of our school were carried out by the questionnaire.The results show that the cooperative learning group of our school is not reasonable;the elements of the group cooperative learning are not clear;the form of the group cooperative learning is relatively single;the teachers and the students do not really know the connotation of the group cooperation learning or master the method;The evaluation of the group's cooperative learning has encouraged the failure to play a due role.Moreover,after analyzing the causes of the results,the author puts forward the concrete countermeasures to solve the problems.Based on the characteristics of group cooperative learning,the teaching strategies of group cooperative learning and the elements of group cooperative learning in the context of the new curriculum,the author,according to the actual situation of the classes taught,Select a senior grade class to carry on the practice research of the group cooperative learning,through the student individual interview,the group written summary,compares the student's classroom performance,Homework hand-in and student test results to verify the benefits of group cooperative learning for senior high school biology teaching.In terms of classroom performance,the number of students actively answeringquestions rose to 40% from 10% to 15%,the study showed.The correct rate of the problem rose from 20% to 45%,and the number of assignments handed in rose from80% to 95%.From the point of view of achievement,it can also be found that the students' learning results and achievements have obviously improved after the implementation of group cooperative learning.The basic conclusions of this study are: 1.Group cooperative learning is a kind of teaching method which can promote biology teaching in senior high school.2.Group cooperative learning is beneficial to improve the academic achievement and learning efficiency of biology.3.Group cooperative learning can activate the classroom atmosphere and facilitate students to be more active in biology study.The shortcomings of this study are as follows: 1.The choice of experimental subjects has limitations,and after the liberalization of the arts and sciences in the later stage,the proportion of males and females in the class is seriously dysfunctional,etc.,resulting in the group members not being able to fully follow the group homogeneity and group differences.The basic principles of quality are grouped,and it is indeed difficult to make a completely reasonable grouping.2.The time of experimentation is started in the first year of high school.Some experiments are not appropriate.They are too urgent and the preparation work is not enough.As a result,some problems arise in the group cooperation learning during the implementation process.The students are still not able to Good grasp of the essentials of group cooperation learning.3.Although the group cooperative learning is applicable to various types of courses,the only courses that the authors use frequently are only the exercises and test papers,but they are not very well applied in the newly taught courses.They need to be seriously considered.Strengthen the preparation of lessons.
