Under the strong support and guidance of the state,all localities have formulated policies to help the development of Vocational education,gradually realize the coexistence of high school education and vocational education,and encourage students to choose vocational education.However,due to the low entry threshold of secondary vocational school students,the school age is in adolescence,there will be a lot of rebellious ideas and behavior,students who violate discipline in this period is more common,more serious will affect social security.Therefore,it is imperative to study the causes and decision-making of students’ violations of discipline in secondary vocational schools.This study adopts two methods: questionnaire survey and interview.According to the three dimensions of learning-type discipline violation,daily life discipline violation and ideological and moral discipline violation,this study designed a questionnaire for students: the questionnaire of students’ discipline violation in secondary vocational schools,with the students of case schools as the object of investigation,a total of 500 questionnaires were issued and 481 valid questionnaires were retrieved.In the interview method,the author interviewed 8 teachers and 1student work manager.Secondary vocational school students’ behavior of violation of discipline,this paper lists the behavior of violation of discipline in three latitudes.First of all,learning latitudes are: late and early leaving,sleeping in class,plagiarizing homework,cheating in exams,disrupting classroom order,mobile phone or Internet addiction.Secondly,the dimensions of daily life include littering,carrying dangerous goods,engaging in unhealthy activities with unhealthy social personnel,damaging public property,improper clothing,not returning home at night,using prohibited electrical appliances in dormitories,making noises in dangerous places,puppy love,smoking and drinking.Finally,the ideological and moral dimensions are: threatening others,beating and insulting others,extorting other people’s property,gambling,stealing,lying,browsing unhealthy websites.Next,according to the interviews,the reasons for students’ violations of discipline in secondary vocational schools are explored in the following aspects: first,social reasons: the guidance of bad social atmosphere.Second,the school reason: the management system of violations of discipline is not perfect.Third,family reasons: improper family life style,parents’ bad behavior.Fourth,students’ individual reasons:lack of self-control and sense of discipline,impulsiveness,low cultural literacy.This study puts forward the following countermeasures for the management of students’ violations of discipline in secondary vocational schools: Firstly,the society should provide healthy social atmosphere and purify students’ learning and living environment.Secondly,the school should formulate a suitable student management system for the school.Thirdly,schools should improve the comprehensive literacy of teachers and managers to demonstrate themselves.Finally,schools should choose appropriate education methods to fully respect students’ self-esteem in accordance with their own development characteristics.
