| Classroom is a communication platform for teachers and students to exchangeknowledge. However, the classroom violations in pupil’s classroom violations can befound universally, especially in the rural primary school, which seriously hindered theteachers’ teaching and students’ all-round development.This research uses empirical research paradigm. It combined with purposivesampling and random sampling method which determine some village students ofJiangxi Nanchang. It includes high, medium and low grade and total of six class thestudent as the research sample. The integrated use of literature research, fieldobservation, interview, questionnaire survey method and other research methods, toaccurately understand the reality of rural primary school classroom violations, toexplore the effect of classroom violations, to analyze the causes of this phenomenon,and put forward effective countermeasures.The study found that rural primary classroom violations are widespread.what’smore, the frequency violations are doing little tricks, desertion, speech and so on. Asgrade rise, the students’ classroom violations reduced, and the lower grades ofirregularities outside show irregularities is given priority to, more senior is hidden inmore violations;Boys of violations are more than girls, and show the obviousviolations. Girls are more performance for the implicit violations, the frequency ishigher than boys. The class of male teachers, students in the classroom violationsprobability less than female teachers. Chinese, maths, English and other corecurriculum in the classroom teaching student misconduct is lower than the othersubjects. Taught to students’ classroom violations, the teacher is the most effectiveway to response to talk after class, the second is to remind, criticism, notify theparents, but in fact the teacher use the effect is to watch and to ignore responses.Elementary student’s classroom violations not only disturb teachers’ teachingprocess, influence the teacher’s classroom mood, disrupt classroom teachingatmosphere, but also interfere with the normal learning of students, hinder theimprovement of self-control, and not conducive to good habits. Pupil’s illegal mainlyinclude: the cause of students’ physical and mental development is not balanced,self-control ability is not strong, uneven cognitive development, learning ability is nothigh, low self-efficacy, the subject consciousness. Stiff way of teacher’s teaching method is simple, management.Environment is the lack of family discipline, socialenvironment edify, poor school conditions.Recommends guides the student toparticipate in the rule-making, strengthen students’ self control ability, attention tostudents’ psychological health education and so on. To enhance student’s main bodyconsciousness, through the innovation of teachers’ education concept, improveteachers’ teaching ability, the innovation of classroom management strategies are toimprove the teachers’ education quality, to beautify the school environment, improvethe family environment, purify the social environment such as optimize theenvironment of the growth of the students. In order to effectively cope with ruralprimary school classroom irregularities, help students to develop good habits, topromote student health, comprehensive development. |
