University teaching is the "life" and "soul" of Higher Education.As the main implementer of University teaching,University teachers' teaching ability has a vital impact on the cultivation of talents and the healthy and sustainable development of universities.At present,improving the classroom teaching level of university teachers is the inherent demand of sustainable development of universities,and has become the core task of the quality revolution of universities.This study explores the classroom teaching of excellent university teachers,and summarizes and absorbs the teaching ideas and behavior of excellent university teachers.This paper uses the case study method in qualitative research to explore the teaching of three excellent university teachers.The so-called qualitative research is an activity in which researchers themselves are used as research tools,and various data collection methods are used to explore,summarize,concludes,analyze data and formation theory of social phenomena in a natural context.Through interaction and communication with research objects,the researchers can construct their behavioral meaning and obtain explanatory understanding.Through classroom observation,in-depth interviews and data collection,the author obtains the teaching data of three excellent university teachers,encodes,analyses and collates the collected data through the qualitative software NVivo11.The author mainly understands their teaching behavior and ideas from five dimensions: teachers' teaching literacy,teaching concept,teaching objectives,teaching process and teaching exploration.Through analysis and discussion,the author draws four suggestions on why excellent university teachers can carry out good teaching: the teaching of excellent university teachers is guided by concept and wisdom,oriented by ability and literacy.The author hopes that by describing the teaching cases of three excellent university teachers,to a certain extent,it can provide examples for teachers' teaching,correct their teaching concepts and behaviors,clarify teachers' duties and obligations,inspire the career growth of teachers,novice teachers and teachers who are going astray,inspire them to realize their personal values and promote university teachers' teaching.Practical development.At the theoretical level,we hope that through the organic combination of qualitative research,we can study the trend of classroom teaching of university teachers in China,clarify the training direction of teaching ability of University teachers,and better adapt to the demands of professional development of University teachers' teaching.
