Pursuit Of Excellence: A Narrative Study Of Professional Development Of Kindergarten

The professional development of Nursery Leader is the weakness of Pre-school Education in China,The kindergarten leader plays an important role in Pre-school Education, whose profession have an great effection on the quality of development of Pre-school Education.This Study is based on Educational Narrative Research, the target is not to get not the universal structuration theory, but focus on the deep thought from the true story and seek Educational Significance in the situation, So we start this research from one Kindergarten Leader X in Kindergarten K in Yunnan,which to know her Education Experience and get the deep thought from this story.This paper is composed of three parts:First part is Content: including why to Research, Purpose of Research and Significance,Concept Definition,Literature Review and Research Method. The second part is the Body of this Study,This part illuminates the story of Kindergarten Leader X’s experience of growth,study and work by Narrative Research, which is based on time dimension. Firstly, during First Dream and Realizing Dream, Kindergarten Leader X met Preschool Education because of interest, and then fight for dream. As kindergarten teacher for ten years, X met important person in his way to professional improvement.Secondly, as a Vice-kindergarten Leader with everything get better and better, Kindergarten Leader took advantage of inner and outer source fully to improve the job of child care and education and optimize the management of Kindergarten, and adjust Internalizing environment actively. At last, During the beautiful time of Kindergarten Leader, it is axes with striving for excellence, Kindergarten Leader X insist on humanistic care and Delicacy Management, to lead the professional development of Kindergarten Teacher and make better Kindergarten Management, and then try to get Radiation effects of Kindergartens,, and have demonstration effect of Kindergarten development in Yunnan Province.The third part is about Seeking Better, Deep Thought and Be best, which tells the experience and reflection of Kindergarten Leader X when fighting for best, besides, some advice is offered about the Development of Kindergarten Leader Profession, which is just for reference.
