The decision on deepening educational reform and comprehensively promoting quality-oriented education promulgated by the central committee and the state council of the communist party of China formally listed aesthetic education in the educational policy and further determined its status in school education.Music education is one of the important ways to implement aesthetic education and plays an irreplaceable role.In the era of the development of quality education,music education has been gradually attached importance to.But now in the music education field,there are still some practical problems that need to be solved urgently.Such as music education time is insufficient,music teaching equipment is not enough,especially in parts of middle and primary school music lessons by non-professional music,such as Chinese,maths,English teacher and duty,this directly shows that parts of music education in the aspect of teaching staff is outstanding,has seriously hindered the current primary and secondary school music education development.In the literature review,it was found that many predecessors used individual cases to make relevant investigations and researches on the current music education status quo,teacher team status quo,teaching problems,music teacher training and other aspects in primary and secondary schools,and put forward corresponding solutions.However,in the music teachers' teaching,training and hills,relatively few studies,aiming at how to makethe non-professional music teachers under the condition of zero music foundation,ability to be able to get fast music level promote the research of this problem,the author through search and post music teacher,music training keyword search,did not see a lot of related literature.Then,this paper will take music teachers in primary and secondary schools in yongfu county,guangxi as an example,analyze and summarize through investigation and research,and provide music teachers with some training methods that can enable them to receive music knowledge quickly and efficiently.This paper USES the questionnaire survey,field survey method,interview method,literature research,four research methods to carry out the research,the investigation of the object to the art institute of guangxi university for nationalities in 2015 and 2016,held in two phases and 40 for the music teachers training of teacher,and the yong fu county town of suqiao suqiao L five different villages and towns such as grade teacher made sampling and their classroom situation of field survey,purpose is to explore the effectiveness of music teacher training and hills,and existing problems,and provide the basis for future related training and help,also master the first-hand data of the field.
