In recent years,with the reform of music curriculum,the music education has been playing a more and more important role in the basic education.As a link between the preceding and the following,the teacher is not only the practitioner of educational policy,but also the guide of student education.It can be said that in order to improve the existing basic music education in our country,we must start from the teachers,strengthen the training of basic music teachers to strengthen the training of basic music education in our country.Many teachers' training intensity is not enough,whether the post training efforts,the breadth and the training method of training and pre service does not follow.With the promulgation of more and more policies,today's primary and secondary schools,both from the teaching equipment and hardware and the expansion of the teaching staff,shows that our country has begun to pay more and more attention to the basic music education.But the expansion of hardware does not mean the improvement of education quality,but do not represent the teachers to enhance the quality of teaching,the quality of state and the problems of training this paper based music teacher in-service training situation of the music teachers basic service,analyses the causes and puts forward some personal views of the author.This paper is divided into three parts,the first part mainly focuses on the basis of music teachers' development status of the investigation,the second part mainly analyzes the causes of today post status factors,the third part is the countermeasures to solve the present situation.The development of quality training this article mainly from the Heilongjiang area as an example to discuss the teacher's post,using the combination of qualitative and quantitative phase in the empirical study,a comprehensive analysis of the basic music teachers in Heilongjiang vocational status,through the area to see the basis of music teachers training quality and teaching quality development.In order to further improve the Heilongjiang Province basic music education development theory.
