Nowadays,the development of Chinese international teaching is more and more rapid.In Thailand,Chinese teaching has been carried out for many years.From kindergarten entrance to middle school and university,there is Chinese teaching.In Thailand,Chinese teaching and English teaching are equally important.There have been many achievements in Thai English teaching.With the development of Chinese language education,Chinese language teaching has also received extensive attention.The level of Chinese language also affects Thai workers engaged in foreign trade,industrial tourism and other industries.Learning Chinese for senior high school students also paves the way for their future employment and participation in national diplomacy and economic construction.Chinese grammar is the most complex for Thai students.There have been some achievements in the teaching of Chinese quantifiers,but there are few studies on the acquisition of Chinese quantifiers for Thai high school students.On the basis of investigating the current situation of Chinese quantifier acquisition of SURAWITTAYAKARN SCHOOL senior high school students,this paper investigates the situation of Chinese quantifier acquisition of Thai senior high school students and the errors in the use of Chinese quantifiers.In order to promote the busy Thai high school students to learn and use Chinese classifiers better,and to make Thai Chinese teaching more successful in teaching Chinese classifiers,and to Thai high school Chinese textbook compilation put forward different suggestions.This paper intends to investigate 60 Chinese quantifiers in the textbook "Chinese Course(Volume 1,Volume 1,Volume 2,Volume 2)"used by Thai high school students.These 60 Chinese quantifiers mainly cover the following two categories:1.Noun quantifiers:individual quantifiers,collective quantifiers,quantifiers,non-quantifiers and borrowed quantifiers.2.Momentum quantifiers:special momentum quantifiers and borrowed momentum quantifiers.This paper consists of six chapters.The first chapter is an introduction,mainly introducing the reasons and theoretical principles of the topic selection,the purpose of the study,the source of the corpus,and the research methods.The second chapter is a literature review of relevant research.It includes the study of Chinese quantifiers,the comparative study of Chinese and Thai quantifiers and the study of Quantifiers in teaching Chinese as a foreign language.Chapter three introduces the questionnaire design of 60 Chinese classifiers for Thai senior high school students,and then analyses the results of the questionnaire survey of Chinese classifiers.The study finds that learners have a better grasp of individual quantifiers than non-quantifiers,quantifiers,borrowed momentumquantifiers,borrowed quantifiers and special momentum quantifiers.Chapter IV proposes that effective compilation of Chinese classifiers textbooks,teachers'teaching strategies,and Thai classifiers have an impact on Thai high school students'acquisition of Chinese classifiers.The fifth chapter is about the suggestions of classifier arrangement and classifier teaching in Chinese textbooks.The textbooks should increase the explanation of classifier knowledge,and teachers should increase the reserve of classifier knowledge.The sixth chapter is the conclusion.This paper summarizes the research,mainly including research conclusions and research prospects.
