With the development of social economy,the cultures of various countries in the world are criss-crossed.At the same time,people's values also show a pluralistic state.Because of this,strengthening character education has become an inevitable trend in the development of the social era.A good character can guide a person's future development direction.This study takes Shenyang A kindergarten as the main research object.On the basis of combing the development of character education at home and abroad,through the observation method,interview method and text analysis method,the basic situation of the implementation of character education in Shenyang A kindergarten is understood.There are some problems and deficiencies in the process of character education in A Park.And comprehensive analysis of the many factors affecting the implementation of character education in Shenyang A kindergarten.Finally,the corresponding problems and shortcomings are put forward corresponding strategies to promote the better implementing children's character education in Shenyang A Kindergarten.The research in this paper is mainly explained from the following parts:The first part of the thesis is an introduction: the first is to introduce the background and significance of the research,and the second is the definition of the core concept and the literature review.The second part of the thesis is the research design and implementation of this paper.It is mainly explained from the purpose and content of the research,the choice of research objects,the choice of research methods,the analysis and arrangement of research data and the innovation of this paper.The third part of the thesis is a brief introduction to the basics of character education in Shenyang A Kindergarten.It mainly introduces the character education of Shenyang A Kindergarten,which is carried out by the three dimensions of children's character parent school,children's character growth reading course and character teacher training.The fourth part of the thesis points out the problems existing in the implementation of character education in Shenyang A kindergarten,and analyzes the reasons for the problems in the kindergarten from the three levels of kindergarten,child care and preschool teachers.The fifth part of the thesis puts forward the strategy of promoting the further implementation of kindergarten character education in Shenyang A kindergarten based on the problems and shortcomings in the implementation of character education inShenyang A kindergarten: First,based on the actual situation of the park,the character education resources.Secondly,the kindergarten is based on the WeChat public number platform to build a children's character home.Finally,character education should be integrated with the day activities of the kindergarten.
