The dissertation is an important reference for the quality of postgraduate education,and it can reflect the research hotspots,trends,problems and deficiencies of the corresponding majors.In recent years,with the continuous expansion of the enrollment of subject teaching(physical),the research on physics education in China is also deepening.Studying the master's thesis of subject teaching(physics),we can find the hotspots,trends and problems and deficiencies reflected in the process of the thesis.In the search of CNKI,it was found that there were 6,609 dissertations in the subject teaching(physical)postgraduate.Considering that the sample should be representative,809 master's thesis of the top ten universities in the five administrative regions from 2008 to 2017 was selected as the research object.The content analysis method,statistical analysis method,literature research method,common word analysis method and meta-analysis method are used to study this paper.This paper studies the research methods of 809 papers and the characteristics of the research objects in the paper.The research results show that graduate students(physics)pay more and more attention to the selection and use of research methods.Most graduate students can use a variety of research methods to conduct research,and pay attention to practical research.The research on international education in the thesis focuses on the study of American education,and the education of other countries abroad is of little concern and lacks international perspective.Neglecting ethnic education and rural and urban-rural integration education is not conducive to the integration of education and the realization of educational equity.Using software BICOMB 2.0,UCINET 6.212 and SPSS22.0 to visualize keywords,different coefficient matrix analysis,cluster analysis and multidimensional scaling analysis.Discovery research mainly focuses on four major areas,one is to explore textbook research,the other is high school physics teaching and student learning research,the third is how middle school teachers practice new curriculumstandards in physics experiments and teaching,and the fourth is physical concept and model research.The hotspot of physics education research in China is how to implement the new curriculum standards in physics teaching in middle school.Based on this,the curriculum reform is carried out to promote the efficient implementation of physics education.There are two main aspects of research trends.One is to combine high school physics,new curriculum and physics teaching with other topics,and the second is to combine high school students with constructivist theory.However,these trends are not yet obvious,and later researchers are waiting to strengthen research in this area.At the same time,it is also found that several researchers should continue to strengthen the focus of attention.First,focus on how to cultivate students' scientific literacy in middle school physics experiment and physics teaching;second,focus on physical concepts and physical model research;third,apply constructivism in physics teaching.Theoretical design teaching activities;Fourth,pay attention to the use of micro-courses in experiments and teaching in physics teaching,and pay attention to the role of teachers in teaching.The physics education researchers in China are mainly composed of middle school physics teachers and college teachers and students.As a main force in the study of physics education in China,the graduate students of subject education(physics)are the research traits,trends,hotspots and existing problems reflected in their dissertations,which can provide a certain angle of thinking for the first-line physics teachers.It can also help students in colleges and universities to guide students.
