With the continuous development of robot education,robots have also entered the classrooms of primary and secondary schools.The core goal of robot education is to cultivate students' hands-on ability and innovation ability.Therefore,robot education has put forward new requirements and responsibilities for teachers.At present,the robot education teachers in China are relatively weak.The development of robot education requires a team of robotic teachers with strong professional ability and high comprehensive quality to promote the training of robot teaching ability for normal students.It is an effective way to improve the strength of robot teachers.Firstly,the two concepts of robot education and robot teachers are introduced.The SECI model is projected into the training of the teaching ability of the normal students.The two-way cyclical transformation of theoretical knowledge and practical knowledge in the teaching knowledge of robots is discussed.The teaching model of human robot teaching ability provides a reasonable theoretical basis.Secondly,it investigates the current situation of robot teacher training in primary and middle schools and analyzes and summarizes the problems existing in the current stage of robot teacher training.Thirdly,it analyzes the professional quality structure and target requirements of robot teachers to understand the professional knowledge and ability of robot teachers.Then,the analyst normal school students' robot teaching status and the influencing factors of the robot teaching ability training mode,combined with the characteristics of robot education and normal students,this paper builds a training model for the teaching ability of normal students based on SECI model.The model is a combination of targeted training needs,diverse training formats,rich learning resources and environmental and diverse evaluation methods.The training process includes four stages: socialization,externalization,combination,and internalization.The four-stage training activities focus on improving the professional knowledge and teaching ability of the normal students,and promote the transformation of their theoretical knowledge and practical knowledge.Finally,the SECI model based teacher training ability training model is applied to practice.The rationality and effectiveness of the training model are tested by analyzing the experimental data of the normal students and the evaluation results of the training mode by the experts.the following conclusions are obtained through the practice: the SECI model-based teacher-skilled robot teaching ability training model can significantly improve the professional knowledge and teaching ability of normal students,in the process of training design,it is necessary to pay attention the normal students' knowledge structure,diverse training formats and diverse training evaluations.Through the training of robot teaching ability for normal students,the number and quality of robot teachers in primary and secondary schools will be improved,and the development of robotics for normal students will be promoted,thus promoting the development of robot education.
