Robot education provides a broad space for quality education.It plays a key role in tapping students' potential,developing students' intelligence and cultivating students' innovative spirit and practical ability.It has been widely introduced into the primary and secondary education system.The professional qualities of teachers who undertake robot teaching directly affect the effectiveness of robot education.However,at present,the strength of teachers in this field is relatively weak,and there are relatively few literatures on the training of teaching skills in robot education.Therefore,the research on the training of teaching skills in robot education has certain theoretical and practical value.SECI model emphasizes that knowledge creation is realized in the process of continuous transformation and supplement of explicit knowledge and tacit knowledge,individual knowledge and group knowledge.SECI knowledge transformation model emphasizes that knowledge creation is realized in the process of continuous transformation and supplement of explicit knowledge and tacit knowledge,individual knowledge and group knowledge.In the process of training robot teaching skills,tacit knowledge and explicit knowledge are extremely important,and attention is paid to the creation of group knowledge,which is consistent with the concept advocated by SECI model.Then,how to aggregate training links and explore effective pre-service teacher's design scheme of robot teaching skills cultivation activities from the perspective of SECI model,so that participants can improve their robot-related knowledge,skills and comprehensive abilities becomes an important issue currently facing.The study has a deep understanding of the current situation of teachers' class teaching skills training through summarizing the relevant literature.Based on SECI theory model,social learning theory and constructivism theory,this paper designs and implements pre-service teachers 'robot teaching skills training activities.In the design stage,the four sub-stages of socialization,externalization,combination and internalization from the perspective of SECI model are taken as the context to design activities such as experience sharing,class exchange,simulation teaching and training.In the practical stage,it includes two important processes of preparation and implementation,and carries out one semester of practical activities.In analysis phase,the study analyze online platform behavior data,cultivate group social network relationships,summary of learning and activities satisfaction by social network analysis,questionnaire survey,interview and other methods to verify the effectiveness of cultivation activities.The result shows that the design of pre-service teachers' robot teaching skills training activities is reasonable from the perspective of SECI model,the social network relationship of cultivation activities is good,the cultivation activities promote the improvement of pre-service teachers' robotic teaching skills and higher-order thinking abilities,the satisfaction of Design and implementation of activitiesactivities is high.
