Guiding some local undergraduate colleges to applied universities,promote the colleges and universities to truly transfer the idea of running a school to serve local economic and social development.It is a major decision-making arrangement of the Party Central Committee and the State Council.Under the guidance of national policy,the vast majority of provinces have carried out the transformational reforms.At present,more than 300 application oriented universities have carried out pilot reforms.The transformation reform focuses on the core elements of the school-running model,talent training model,professional construction,and the key factors is the construction of the teacher staff.Therefore,this study centered on the theme of " the construction of the professional teachers staff",with 10 pilot universities' institutions in Hebei Province as the research object,Through a comprehensive survey and in-depth interviews,analysis of the overall status of specialized teachers applied undergraduate colleges of Hebei province and the pilot issue.Learn from the successful experience in the basis,we put forward some effective measures to strengthen application type undergraduate courses Undergraduate Faculty Construction of the pilot institutions.This study includes four chapters:Chapter 1.This chapter focuses on the development background of the applied universities' the importance of teacher staff development,and define the core concept of "application type undergraduate","double-qualified" teachers and so on.On this basis,we determine the overall research ideas and research methods.Chapter 2.This chapter mainly expounds the theoretical basis of the construction of the application oriented university professional course teachers staff,determined the goal and content of the specialized teachers team building,And theoretical analysis of its content and structure,which is the theoretical basis of this article.Chapter 3.Based on the in-depth investigation of 10 pilot universities and employers in Hebei Province,this chapter summarizes the current situation and problems of applied oriented university institutions in Hebei Province,and summarizes the attributions.Chapter 4.From the four aspects of government,schools,teachers and enterprises,it puts forward effective suggestions for improving and strengthening the construction of applied undergraduate professional teachers.
