Ye Shengtao's View On Chinese Teaching Materials

Ye Sheng-tao is a famous Chinese educator and editor.He is the main founder of modern Chinese education in China.During the period of the Republic of China,Ye Shengtao was engaged in front-line teaching for a long time and took charge of or participated in the compilation of multi-language teaching materials,including the famous "enlightened mandarin textbook".After the founding of new China,Ye Sheng-tao mainly served in the ministry of education,presided over the formulation of Chinese curriculum standards and the compilation of Chinese teaching materials.In this paper,the author uses these language teaching material and unifies the author some theory expression to elaborate and the appraisal Ye shengtao's language teaching material idea,including language teaching material nature,the compilation,the function and the use and so on.This paper is divided into three parts.The first part briefly describes the life of Ye Shengtao and the compilation practice of Chinese textbooks,and selects three representative textbooks for detailed analysis.The second part is based on the teaching materials combined with some of Ye Shengtao's theoretical expression to explore the concept of his Chinese teaching materials.The third part analyzes the contemporary enlightenment of Ye Shengtao's view of Chinese teaching materials by comparing the current Chinese teaching materials.
