"Text book, Text book, means that teaching is the foundation."It is a common saying in the branch of Chinese learning. This sentence illustrates that the function of the Chinese textbook can not be replaced by any other teaching materials. The so-called"plot as the outline, teaching material as the foundation"there outline means the teaching program, teaching material means textbooks. The teaching materials of Chinese change from"one outline, one textbook"to"one outline, many textbooks"even"many outlines, many textbooks". The evolution of teaching materials reflects the changes in the idea of teaching, the development in the sense of our nation as well as the progress in inheritance of civilization. The choosing of teaching materials reflects the spirit of times, requirements of community and the progress of history, whose purpose is to cultivate the ability and quality of the students. Investigation on the evolution of the contemporary works of Chinese and the character of ideological content, time, humanities and classics as well as some aspects in the outline of the guiding ideology, teaching purpose, teaching contents of high school Chinese in different times influence the choosing of articles in the textbooks. Combine the contemporary selected works of china with the literary teaching of high school efficiently, as to arouse the interesting, comprehension, experience and deep thinking of the students.
