By the end of Qing Dynasty,the feudal rule had come to an end.With the abolition of Imperial Examination System,new-style schools were flourishing in Heilongjiang area.The establishment of education institutions and determination of systems unveiled the new education in Heilongjiang and provided rules for new-style education in Heilongjiang to abide by in the early period of founding and set schools in accordance with systems.The release and implementation of Presented School Regulation promoted the development of new schools in the modern times.A number of Social Science and Natural Science courses were also added in the schools,which not only promoted the broad spreading of “new education” but also developed a great batch of new-style talents.In this paper,the existing research achievements of new-style schools in Heilongjiang area at the end of Qing Dynasty and the beginning of the Republic of China are concluded and analyzed and the existing deficiencies are pointed out,based on which the objective research is conducted mainly from the historical background and developing situations how schools came into being.From the perspective of educational activity history,the historical materials on school education activities and education life are described and researched,in order to analyze the characteristics of school education and conclude the influence of development of school education.In this paper,with literature research and history research as research methods,the source of the research subject is grasped and the previous research achievements are absorbed and referred to.The collected works,papers and other literature are classified and rearranged,from which the historical materials required by this paper are extracted.Through collecting,rearranging and analyzing the materials related to new-style school educational activities in Heilongjiang area at the end of Qing Dynasty and the beginning of the Republic of China with systematic and objective research,the developing characteristics and influence are revealed.At the end of Qing Dynasty and the beginning of the Republic of China,under the macro background of “new policy” educationreform of Qing Government,the micro historical facts of new-style school educational activities in Heilongjiang are described.With more narration and less discussion,the new-style education is presented and innovation is accomplished from new breakthrough points.
