In the face of the fundamental task of establishing morality and cultivating people put forward by the 19 th CPC National Congress,in the face of the transformation of the principal contradictions of the society in the new era,and in the face of the new requirements of the new era for improving the quality of all citizens and the quality of talent training,Faced with some problems existing in the ideological and political teaching in senior high school,the original curriculum standards obviously have some incompatibility and need to be improved.Based on this background and requirements,in October 2017,the "Standard for the Curriculum of ideological and political Science in General High Schools(2017 Edition)" was officially published,and the high school ideological and political discipline entered a brand-new era.The activity-oriented subject curriculum led by the cultivation of core literacy was proposed and accepted for the first time.To enter the scope of the compulsory course of ideological and political education,accounting for 1/3 hours.In the face of a new round of ideological and political course reform,how should ideological and political teachers design an activity-oriented curriculum? This paper mainly discusses the construction of active ideological and political course from the following aspects.First of all,the author defines the relevant concepts,including activity and activity theory,activity curriculum and activity subject curriculum,by discriminating these concepts to further clarify the connotation of active ideological and political course;Secondly,on the theoretical level,the author clarifies the inevitability and importance of constructing the active ideological and political course,and the ideological and political teachers need to make clear that the existence of the active ideological and political course is the act of "seeking for,responding to the potential and complying with the trend".At the same time,it is of great practical significance to the implementation of the core accomplishment of the subject,the improvement of teachers' teaching ideas,and the change of the students' learning style.Thirdly,at the practical level,the author is aiming at the reality of teaching.Some problems and related cases are used to explainthe practical requirements and misunderstandings of constructing active ideological and political courses.Finally,the author puts forward the concrete construction countermeasure research,taking the concrete frame title in the high school teaching material as an example,from the activity design,the activity development,the activity evaluation three links to carry on the thought and the frame.
