The Standards for Ideological and Political Curriculum in General Senior High Schools(2017),marking the era of core literacy in high school ideological and political courses in China.The construction of active ideological and political courses is an important measure based on the requirements of cultivating the core literacy of disciplines and effectively achieving the goal of integrating knowledge with action.The biggest highlight of this round of ideological and political curriculum reform.With it,the active ideological and political curriculum has gradually become a hot word,a research hotspot for experts and scholars,and a focus of discussion among front-line teachers.From lecture-oriented ideological and political curriculum to active thinking The transformation of the political curriculum is a new thing in the reform of the ideological and political curriculum.The transformation of this curriculum implementation method still faces many difficulties,which makes the teaching practice of the active ideological and political curriculum uneven,and its effect is not satisfactory.This article conducts thematic research on the issue of constructing active ideological and political courses by the comparative analysis of documentary observation and interview.The first is to reveal the connotation and basic of active ideological and political courses in comparison with lectured ideological and political courses.Characteristics,and excavated the theoretical basis for constructing active ideological and political courses.Second,the necessity and feasibility of constructing active ideological and political courses were explored,its legitimacy and operability were revealed,and the construction of active ideological and political courses was proposed.The basic principles of the curriculum.The third is to discuss the obstacles to constructing an active ideological and political curriculum from three important aspects,including education and teaching concepts,teachers' professional competence,and teaching implementation security.The fourth is to lead and promote the development of advanced educational concepts.The three major aspects of the improvement of teachers' professional quality and enhanced material security are the current countermeasures and suggestions for the construction of active ideological and political courses,with the aim of deepening the research of ideological and political literacy teaching and improving the effectiveness of ideological and political courses.
