As the main channel for the training of applied accounting talents,the MPAcc education project has played an important role in cultivating the applied talents needed by the economic and social development of our country.However,in reality,highly skilled accountants with strong practical ability,professional qualifications and innovative spirit are relatively lacking.How to improve the skills of MPAcc graduates and make them highly employable is a difficult problem facing higher education.In this study,the employment ability is taken as a starting point to study the talent cultivation mode in higher education;the MPAcc major of Shanxi Colleges is taken as an example to build a set of MPAcc training model;and the employability of MPAcc graduates is brought into the content of MPAcc teaching.So the study has important significance to building and optimizing the national training system of high level accounting talents as well as the construction of high-quality,applied accounting talents team.Specifically,through the empirical research method,questionnaire survey,the 378 samples of MPAcc from the Shanxi colleges are analyzed.According to the analysis of the employability of MPAcc graduates,the existing issues on the training mode of professional accounting talents are worked out.This research further proposes the suggestions of the reform and optimization on the training mode of MPAcc talents and tries to construct the new training mode based on employability enhancement in order to improve the final training effectiveness.Employability usually includes four dimensions: general ability,personal identity,professional ability,and support skills.After the investigation,it was found that: 1.In the survey of graduate students in accounting majors,it was found that more than half of the students could not say whether they were competent or not,indicating that the vast majority of graduate students in accounting majors had their own career plans.There is not a clear understanding of the work you are engaged in in the future,and it is not clear that the level of your ability is commensurate with the needs of the company;Analyzing the sample of graduates,it is found that nearly half of the graduates of accounting majors are "generally satisfied" with their current job satisfaction.Overall,92.1 % of accounting graduate students believe that there is still a huge gap between the capabilities learned by the school and the needs of the company.2.In the investigation and study of the role of talent cultivation model on the employable ability of accounting graduate students,it is found that the school still attaches more importance to conceptual knowledge,classroom teaching taught by teachers,and attaches importance to students 'academic performance.The lack of understanding of employable ability.3.74.6 % of accounting professional graduate students do not have part-time experience,and nearly half of accounting professional graduate students do not have internship experience,and part-time and internship experience has an important role in the cultivation of students 'employable ability.Generally speaking,at present,the school lacks the training of the employable ability of accounting professional graduate students,and the training of practical ability and innovation ability is insufficient.The reform of education mode of accounting specialty education mainly focuses on improving the high employable ability of accounting specialty graduate students.Aiming at the existing problems in the training of professional education talents in accounting,this paper puts forward the innovative reform of the model of professional education talents in accounting,and constructs the framework of professional educationtalents in accounting professional education with high employable ability,and how to cultivate it.This paper puts forward a three-point operating model of professional education personnel training with operational practical ability training and innovative ability training,and attaches importance to the evaluation of the training effect of students based on the improvement of employable ability.
