Application Of Heterogeneous Group Teaching In Javelin Teaching Of Physical Education Major

In the face of the continuous expansion of the enrollment scale of physical education and the continuous promotion of curriculum reform,the actual situation of increasing the capacity of track and field classes and decreasing the number of course hours has seriously affected the learning efficiency and teaching effect.The decline of the teaching quality of track and field courses has become an objective problem for college sports education majors.In order to improve the teaching effect of track and field courses,with the help of literature,expert interviews,experiments,and questionnaires,taking the javelin general course of sports education at Beijing Sports University as an example,the aim is to improve and optimize the teaching effect and enrich the track and field course theory system.We will improve the quality of personnel training.The main findings are as follows:1.The application of heterogeneous group teaching in Javelin teaching can increase the speed of upper limb whipping,but the effect on waist and abdomen strength,lower extremity explosive force and rapid displacement ability is not obvious.2.Compared with traditional teaching,heterogeneous group teaching is more conducive to improving the achievement of Javelin standards and technical evaluation results for students in sports education.It is also to improve the achievement of Javelin standards and technical evaluation results.3.The heterogeneous group teaching through the cooperation and exchange between the group members and the technical discussion,helps to improve the student Javelin theory and application.4.Diverse group teaching allows students to help each other and unite and collaborate in the javelin learning process.Compared with traditional teaching,it ismore conducive to stimulating students 'internal motivationand external motivation.5.The heterogeneous group fully embodies the student-oriented teaching method,which can stimulate students 'desire for achievement motivation and sports pleasure as a whole.However,there is no obvious advantage in motivation psychology teaching in pursuing success and avoiding failure.
