Sports training is one of the core elements of contemporary competitive sports.Only the coaches can arrange the training of athletes scientifically and reasonably,so that the athletes' athletic ability and competitive level can be significantly improved,and the annual training is the basic of the athletes' multi-year training plan.One of the links.In recent years,the Chinese female discus team has maintained a good development trend,and Su Xinyue is one of the representative figures.Su Xinyue could show the best competitive condition in the competition and achieved the desired results.Her success was inseparable from the scientific and reasonable training plan developed by a fantastic coach team.This paper researched the annual training arrangements of Su Xinyue in the 2016-2017 preparation period for the 13 th Tianjin National Games through the five research methods,such us:literature review,expert interview,case study,comparative analysis and mathematical statistics method.To conclude:1.The arrangement of Su Xinyue's annual training for the 13 th National Games was divided into two cycles for training.10 lessons were arranged weekly during the preparation period;training during the competition period was arranged 5 to 8 lessons per week.In general,the method of using the cycle division was reasonable,but the planning in the training class and week which needs to be more segmented and improved.2.The training load of Su Xinyue's annual training for the 13 th National Games was mostly based on a large load and intensity training program,in which the strength training during the preparation period was shifted from a medium-intensity large load to a large-intensity and high-load.Reasonable training load arrangements had played a positive role in the stable performance of the competitive level in thegame.3.Although Su Xinyue's skill of discus has reached an excellent level,her skill has the problems of too fast upper body,short displacement distance and high center of gravity during the rotation process.The coach took the practice of rotating the arm tension belt practice to correct the above technical problems and increased the proportion of special technical courses in the annual training.4.The strength and technical training methods and methods used in training were more appropriate and stable.Although they differed in the number and sequence of completions,they were consistent with the development goals of athlete training in each cycle.At the same time,there were also some shortcomings.In the training,the quality requirements for completing the action were not high,the supervision was not in place,and too much used of the traditional strength training methods,such as squatting,high turning,etc.,which is easy to cause sports injuries.
