The Chinese Curriculum Standards for Ethnic Primary and Secondary Schools(2013th edition)clearly points out that the learning and using of the national language of the state for ethnic minority students supposed to be strengthened,so as to promote the all-round and life-long development of students and enhance the awareness of patriotism.Oral communication ability can reflect a person's thinking and knowledge reserve.Students can get better developed by communicating with others.As Chinese citizens,we must master the common language of the country(hereinafter referred to as mandarin),use mandarin to communicate with other ethnic groups in thought and emotion,understand their culture,increasing their knowledge,and promote the development of education cause in this region.Based on the teaching and learning of spoken Chinese communication in Kashi city,this thesis aims to explore the effective strategies of teaching and learning for spoken Chinese communication in Kashi city.On the basis of consulting,collecting and analyzing a large number of literature materials,the author selects Kashi city No.1 middle school to conduct a questionnaire survey on Chinese oral communication teaching.On the basis of the survey,the author interviews some teachers and sorts out and analyzes the survey and interview results.Among them,there still exists a series of problems.As for students,their oral Chinese expression ability is far from satisfaction,the students' own psychological factors.As for the teachers,do not pay attention to the oral Chinese communication teaching,they are not professional at Chinese subject,the language foundation is weak.As for schools,the class hour is limited,Chinese teachers' mobility are huge,the number of Chinese teachers are not sufficient enough.Here are suggestions towards problems mentioned above.In terms of students,they should establish the concept of oral Chinese communication learning and overcome psychological obstacles,take the initiative to speak mandarin.In terms of teachers,it is necessary to strengthen professional learning,improve oral Chinese communicative teaching competence,take various forms,broaden oral Chinese communicative teaching channels and adopt diversified evaluation methods.In terms of schools,they should pay attention to the routine examination of spoken Chinese communication teaching and establish a shared database of spoken Chinese communication teaching.This paper mainly includes four parts:The first part is the introduction.It mainly includes research background,research purpose and significance,literature review,key concept and basic terms,theoretical foundations.The second part is the survey on overall situation.The author uses the research methods of document analysis,questionnaire and interview to understand the current situation of oral Chinese communication teaching and learning.The third part analyses of the effectiveness and problems of oral Chinese communication teaching in Kashi city bilingual department middle school.Firstly,the author cites the effectiveness of oral communication teaching in this school,then summarizes and classifies the problems in oral communication teaching in this school,and explores the causes of the problems.The forth part is the instructional implications on the basis of deep analysis.From the perspectives of students,teachers and schools,so as to promote the further development of oral Chinese communication teaching in bilingual schools.
