Southern Xinjing University Students’ Ideological And Political Education Quality Improvement Research

The improvement of university students’ ideological and political education is facing a big challenge that university students’ thought are changing with the fast development of Southern Xinjiang society. It is the determiner of thought quality in Southern Xinjiang, as university students are excellent part of youth in this region, they shoulder the mission of the Times.whose thought is related to stability and development, that university students’ ideological and political education is influential. Only to further enhance the quality of the college students’ ideological and political education, can we nurture them to be innovative young people who carry forward the spirit of Xinjiang, fulfill the modern culture, maintain the unity of the nationalities, reserve and use laws.This thesis is divided into four parts. The first part mainly aims at the background and significance of this research, literature review at home and abroad, research ideas and methods,quality evaluation standards, difficulties and shortcomings of the research; The second part mainly analyzes the necessity of improving the quality of ideological and political education of the whole society, of southern Xinjiang region, of colleges and universities, and of individuals.Besides, this part also expounds the particularity of environment and education object of southern Xinjiang college students’ ideological and political education. The third part affirms the achievements of ideological and political education and finds the current problems existing in the ideological and political education of university in south Xinjiang region from the perspective of the construction review of test standard, content, environment. The fourth part is the focus of this article. On the basis of comprehensive analysis of the current situation of quality the ideological and political education, the thesis puts forward four countermeasures, including strengthening team construction to consolidate the basis of ideological and political education quality improvement, enhancing the pertinence of ideological and political education to enrich the content of ideological and political education quality improvement, optimizing the environment of ideological and political education quality improvement, improving the ideological and political education mechanism construction. All these countermeasures are aimed to building up a healthy and sound environment for southern Xinjiang college students to grow up and succeed.This paper may have some new ideas in the following two perspectives: First, to set ideological and political education as the start point of current research, this paper is based on the reality of universities in southern Xinjiang where is the target area of research, few researchersstart their studies from this aspect which can show national, regional and unique characteristics.Second, from the contents of the research, it pays attention to the social background and geographical, religious beliefs, as well as living & learning conditions of the college students’ ideological and political education, and actively explores the existing problems and proposes effective countermeasures, in order to provide some references for carrying out ideological and political education work smoothly.
